Take it to the European civil courts. This needs to be taken out of any kind of sports tribunal and taken to a completely differ court system. Bring out the Bitch in the Old Lady Agnelli. Do something about this injustice. You have a greater commitment to your fans. We deserve it.

This is just fucking bollocks! There is still a chance they will revoke the 2006 title from 'cuNTER' at the 18th July meeting but what would be the point? That would be pacifying all the Juventini to take the title away showing that maybe Inter did something wrong but we refuse to punish them in any other way...

This should have been the FIGC Statement:

1) we refuse to relegate them to Serie C

2) we refuse to deduct points

3) we refuse to get them thrown out of the Champions League

4) we refuse to take away another couple of titles

5) we refuse to destroy their standing in Italian & World Football

6) we refuse to tarnish their image Worldwide

7) we refuse to break the hearts of millions of their fans

9) we refuse to break apart a squad of players to be sold off for a fraction of their value

10) Basically we refuse to do all the things to Inter that we did to Juventus for seemingly worse acts of rule breaking... (for which we have hard evidence but can't take into account because they were illegally being hidden from us and after 14 months of investigating them we realised they incriminate Inter & Moratti therefore we have to make inadmissable as evidence)

11) Please could Juventus and all their fans buy lots of KY Jelly so we can fuck you up the arse again

12) We absolve Mr. Moratti & Inter of any future wrongdoing in advance through another law we will make up when needed

I read the news, felt indescribable anger for a few seconds and then I decided not to even think about it anymore since it only ruins the day and makes you feel bitter, cheated and helpless :agree:

I am sure Elkann is smiling now.

The management knew we weren't getting anything when we started this process, it was only to please the fans. They bought time.

And time is out now. So, how do they plan on overcoming the anger of the fans? Oh wait, they are pussies too.

Juve contest 'ethics' of Inter title

Juventus have released a statement contesting the “ethical motivation” behind handing Inter the 2006 Scudetto.
Today the FIGC ruled Juve’s appeal against the title, which was stripped from the Bianconeri and given to Inter as a result of the Calciopoli scandal, had passed the statute of limitations.

“The archiving of the appeal by the prosecutor of the Federation makes an important distinction between subjects involved in the 2006 incidents,” read a statement on the Juventus website.

“For some it states the allegations were incorrect, whereas others underline the statute of limitations as a reason why they will not proceed.

“Juventus lawyers made an urgent request to read the motivation behind the reaction to this appeal, which was lodged on May 10, 2010.

“Only after this paperwork is released can the FIGC and public opinion decide whether the ethical motivation behind the assignation of the 2006 Scudetto to Inter stood the test of time and circumstances, which strangely emerged many years later.

“There is no statute of limitations on the trophy collection.”

On the other hand, Inter reacted with their own statement noting the decision had effectively stopped any potential disciplinary action against the club.

Juve lodged the appeal after new evidence from wiretapped telephone conversations emerged during the civil Calciopoli trial in Naples.
