I don't see us getting all that much money, if any at all. It all sounds too good to be true, even though it would be what we deserve, as we lost alot over those years.

As I said, the timing would be excellent, for a summer spending spree.
If we ever get cleared, which is rather unlikely imo, countless court procedures & appeals will more than likely follow suit.
It will take years & years before we'll receive any money in damages & such.

This is no elkann conspiracy.

This club has been through hell in 4 years. When you think of ALL the money we lost in devalued player transfers that summer (Mutu, Canna, Thuram, Zambro, and Ibra), CL qualification money, TV rights, sponsors leaving, loss in ticket sales, stock crash, shirt sales around the world. Shit that is A LOT of money we lost in one year alone.

Not to mention the millions we spent trying to rebuild with bad buys, but that is more our fault but still would not have happened had we not had to rebuild our BOD.

Granted Thuram and probably Zambro were on their last legs, Canna had a couple more years in him, but losing Mutu/Ibra were the hardest pills to swallow. It would have been incredible to have Ibra bang in goals for us like he did for Inter the last few years. It wasn't just going to Serie B and lost two schudetti. Those two are HUGE but the loss of finances we had to withstand plus losing world class players hit us even harder in the long run. As we see now.

So, it is to my belief that should we win these appeals then our lawyers (thank goodness its not Blanc or Cobogli) will immediately ask for something back. It it won't just be the two titles but I am sure that is what they will ask for first.

club don't talk about appeal. I doN't know how will we get those scudetti and compesation while we don't even want them. it's well known fact, Elkann&Montezemolo and Moggi&Giraudo are hating each other. Winner will become ruler of the club. Montezemolo won the first battle but war continues. Elkann family and the power support them will not give up on a tool like Juventus easily.

Man this Calciopoli/Farsopoli thing is turning out as a joke at the Napoli trial. Accusers being cornered with their witnesses having contradictory statements and saying their made their investigations by reading newspapers(GdS because they're objective but not TS because their bias) and shit. What a joke man!

You got many I don't knows and maybes too.
Got a link Mark?

He would have left if we didn't win the CL anyway, just as he did with Inter, 'the club he supported as a kid', which changed to Barcelona when he joined them  The guy is not a bandiera.

I'd just like to point out that Zlatan was, is and always shall be a lanky mercenary scumbag that went to Inter of all places, stop idolizing him he's a douchebag
You wouldn't have known had he not left had we not had calciopoli. I'm not idolizing him but you can't hide his talent which was clearly on display at Inter. The guy is good and we could have used him. He choose to leave, get over it.

Well if what you say is true that we will never get anything back then this stuff will probably never end because we won't give up. I doubt the FIGC wants us to take the case to the European Commission, in any case they will try and resolve it humanely in Italy before we ever went that fare. Perhaps we have already made an effort to do it.

Other than Moggi, whose punishment is still being upheld (as many have already been overturned)?

Regardless of what this court finds, other courts have already dealt a serious blow to the legitimacy of the original findings.

Not to mention all the other inconsistencies which are evident just by reading the original verdict, which Gsol laid out in this thread.

We will not be compensated with any money. Who is going to pay?

At most, we will get our titles back. Giving us anything more will clearly show calciopoli was a witch hunt (and create even more trouble), whereas returning our titles can be excused as a simple mistake because of rushed proceedings, etc.

Just like a person seeks takes someone to court for punitive damages I think. I can't believe no one on this fucking forum is a lawyer.

When someone is wrongly accused and pays a penalty then there is absolutely no reason when the person (our club) is actually found innocent can't be paid back what was initially paid for the wrong accusation.
