Step 1: There's a thing called Calciopoli.

Step 2: Calciopoli is a football scandal which involves numerous clubs who are accused of influencing referees to their favour.

Step 3: Said clubs get punished, Juventus gets relegated.



Now Step 4 in a rational world would be: Serie A is clean, refereeing errors happen every once in a while, but don't seem to favour any clubs in particular.

Step 4 in reality is this: Inter receive one 'aiutone' after another. There was a period in which they got an inexistant penalty every single game. And most of the time it came at a moment in which a goal was badly needed.

Juventus have the best goalkeeper in the world and players like Dp, Trez and Iaquinta that can score and that is the only reason they are where they are. Inter have far and away the best squad in the league, they have a decent keeper, great defenders and strikers like Crespo, Cruz, Zlatan and Suazo that can score goals. They are just enjoying winning the league as they have not done so for years so they are motivated to take advantage of the situation they find themselves.

Sadly it is the case sometimes (not as much as everyone exaggerating here), some matches are fixed and some of them are suspicious, we still watch it because of the love and loyalty to this club. Moggi: Mexes Sending off Against Inter Was Shameful

Former Juventus transfer guru Luciano Moggi has hit out at Inter Milan once again, and in particular the supposed favoritism they are receiving from referees this season.

Moggi was of course suspended from football for five years for his alleged role in the Calciopoli crisis in 2006.

The 70-year-old is a known enemy of Inter, having all along maintained that Calciopoli was the product of a conspiracy involving Massimo Moratti, Tronchetti Provera, Guido Rossi, and even possibly some of Juventus’ current management.
