Grosso and Zambrotta both scored while being positioned behind the midfield. Materazzi scored two perfectly placed headers. I didn't say I didn’t say Zidane played badly. I said he was suffocated. It seemed no matter how well he played he couldn’t break Buffon and the defense. None the less his sending off was so late that it likely made no difference. Ya he would have shot in the shoot out and likely scored but that wouldn’t have kept David from missing. Stop arguing non issues anyway. If you want to talk about Materazzi go to your other forums.
As usual Denco misses the point. Catania sporting director said that after Vargas went to Peru and didn't play, he was not allowed to field him. The same should have been done with Materazzi. He didn't play after being called up. Simple as that.
"Man, pick on someone of your abject lack of intelligence to try and debate with as there is nothing about you that I find remotely interesting so quit looking out for my posts as they are far too much for you to ever grasp."
Whooa easy buddy you might fall off that high horse you think you're on. You think you are a genius but don't ever try talking down to someone else in this thread. Remember in this thread YOU are the bitch.
You seem to be believing your own hype. A few misinformed retards make you feel like the king of the castle and you buy into that horseshit.
Vargas goes all the way to Peru but did not play, whose fault is that? The guy was injured so he could not play for his NT.
Unless you are suggesting that rule states injured or not if you are called to the Nt and you must play then what you are talking about is complete rubbish as usual.
Do you just argue for the heck of it or do you sometimes have a point?
How can a player show that he is committed to his Nt by going half way round the world but could not play due to injury be blamed for it and not allowed to play for his club in their next game?
But this makes sense to you because you want to prove your blunt point that Inter are being favoured.
Catania's sporting director is just talking nonsense as the fact that Vargas did travel to Peru is enough.
Did the FIGC ban him from playing against Torino because he did not play for his country?
Do they have the authority to do that or is that not FIFA's responsibility?
I dont know how thinsg work nowadays with the Italian FA but in England, the FA cannot stop Fabregas if he does not play for Spain
