In any case realistically I doubt that being a Juventino will really help our team should he be elected. It's different with Berlumerda because he has a vested interest in Milan. But for a simple fan I doubt too much would change. Granted a farsopoli would likely not repeat itself but that's an extreme circumstance
True
plus he'll never be elected at first place

Here Burke :

Unmoderated doesn't mean you can do what ever the hell you want. Within it's relevance to this thread it means you stick to the topic; being Calciopoli, and you can get away with using curse words. Insulting other members is not allowed and neither is posting images unrelated to the topic. We're all grown ups here and let's act like it. This thread is closed until I clean it up. After that we will issue warnings, infractions, and bannings if need be for those that stray from the topic.

Now if this thread was passsworded, i.e. not viewable to the public it'd be another story ;)
The choice was deleting the posts or giving infractions to you and Craka (and me, but i wouldn't have done that obviously :p)

I didn't delete your posts but if they were off-topic or you insulted someone then the person who did it was right. The going off-topic and insults is getting boring and needs to stop.

Want to discuss the difference between opinion and fact?
    Sure.

Please answer the following questions with a mere “Fact” or “Opinion” Denco:

    1) Page 74 of the CAF sentence states no Match Fixing occurred…
    2) Judge Mario Serio stated in an interview with La Repubblica on July 27th, 2006 that “in spite of a lack of evidence regarding match fixing, Juventus were sentenced to Serie B and stripped of their titles after taking into consideration the collective interests of the parties involved in the investigation.”
    3) The Disciplinary Hearing did not take place.
    4) Carlo Buora is The VP of RCS Marketing which owns La Gazzetta Dello Sport, Il Corriere Dello Sport, Il Corriere Della Sera, while being the VP of Telecom Italia, which has on it’s board the owner of Pirelli Tires Marco Tronchetti (that sponsors Inter) and Massimo Moratti (who owns Inter). Carlo Buora also served as President of Pirelli Tires and Inter VP at some point.
    5) Telecom-TIM sponsors all Italian Soccer (Serie A TIM-Coppa Italia TIM)
    6) Confindustria is headed by Luca Cordero di Montezemolo and Massimo Moratti’s brother Gian Marco and Marco Tronchetti are both VPs there.
    7) Guido Rossi was at one time an Inter Director
    8) Guido Rossi was made Telecom VP after the sentencing
    9) Fabio Ghioni and Giuliano Tavarolli have been arrested for illegal espionage and evidence tampering, have confessed and are awaiting trial where they have agreed to testify against former directors Marco Tronchetti and Massimo Moratti.
    10) I think Moggi cheated because I saw Juventus benefit from poor officiating in the past.

I really hope you can answer honestly.

Who posted fact and who posted opinion? I sourced in these pages each point made there to prove I wasn’t talking out of my ass.
You say proof is irrefutable yet you continue to refuse it.
I'm quoting this in the hope of stimulating a response from a certain someone.

Don't know about Milan but I saw somewhere that when Inter bought Mutu from his Romanian club both teams wrote different numbers. Was it to make it fit so the team can be able to participate in the championship? boh! That was just one example of many.

They face the same articles that put us in Serie B.(art. 6 or 7) gsol would know more than me. It can go from a simple fine to relegation.

My guess is that THEY will defend themselves correctly and won't go down for no valid reasons.

I'm not expecting relegation for this. What i hope for is points deduction, even a minimal one. We'll need that in our CL spot fight with Milan.
Didn't UEFA say that if another Italian club gets pt deductions again they'll be out of Europe or something? I might be wrong.

I doubt it will occur. Too powerful an owner frankly. They modified the law in one court to save them and they'll do it again.

The fact that he's worried about a point deduction makes me snicker, if found guilty you are to be relegated but it doesn't matter.

In any case his assessment of player valuations is slightly downplayed. Inter and Milan were tansfering no namers valued in their accounting files at amounts like 100k and then selling them to each other for millions without transfering a nickel. Brunelli is a classic example. Inter and Milan each bought players off each other at 10 million and the players were all valued at 100-150k so without spending a dime they icreased their book value over night.

Doesn't matter. Nothing will happen to either of those two assholes in Italy.

By the way the article violation is 13.

The 1st scandal had a purpose and was meant to get out.
This one is just fluff to make some people calm down and think there's justice in Italy. They'll get nothing or just a simple ban even if the rules were really applied then they could be in trouble.

Every country have their little scandals but some keep them in low profile just like in Portugal with Porto, etc...

Every big club in different countries "try" to bend the rules, some have control over players from other clubs...blah blah blah
