bottom line no one has really made a counter to my arguments because there isn't one. It isn't my opinion against theirs. I posted links to the sentences which state NOT GUILTY. How many ways can that be interpreted or contested? truthfully I'm here for the guys who are giving me a chance like Shyne. Thanks a lot. That relegation was a big deal to me and my assumption was that it was for a lot of people.
I don't pretend to know everything about the scandal because I doubt anyone does but if their was evidence I have a feeling they wouldn't have hidden it to give way to appeals. They would have made it as public as they made everything else.

Just for teh record, the UN last year ranked the Italian media as being the 73rd (maybe 78th) most credible in the world. That's a fact too and I'll look for the declaration when I have a moment. If people want to base their opinions on what the Italian media said then they should know how the global community considers it.

But people pick on you because they feel you came here like you where the only one to know the truth and be kind enough to evangelise us poor ignorants.
Please know that what you posted has been posted before, surely not in such detail, but the essence has been there since day one. Conspiracies in the FIGC, Guido Rossi, Meani, Montezemolo, ... heck even Romano Prodi was named (it was after he replaced Berlusconi that it all started no?).
Even the cooperation of the FIAT side of Juve had been discussed here.
There are still people who think we were lucky to stay in B instead of C, others still rage for the relegation and the title stripping. Most of us are in the middle, while acknowledging the suspiciousness (or straight illegality) of this procedure, and the favoritism some people have been treated (eg Galliani), they argue that what Moggi had been doing was more than dodgy, and thus we are not in a position to play the innocent victim.
But most of us agree on the fact that we are now back in A and that we, as fans, prefer to look to a brighter future, rather than stay in the past forever. And what you can say will not change that.
The only people who can actually change that are the actors of the calciopoli itself, and judicial decisions.
You are however free to continue your research and to post interesting discoveries on this site!

- I've repeatedly asked people to state what he did or what was dodge and no one could. frankly what was dodgy was what was written about him...not so much what he did.

Say all you want, I couldn't care less. I spend a lot of time on the forum just to spend time. If having the largest post count means I am a big shot then fine, I am a big shot. As for being the moderator who spends most time here, it's just because I am a moderator and I spend a lot of time here. I can't remember the last time I issued an infraction or banned anyone because no matter what I do, I get criticized. Go check the last two match threads and you'll know what I am talking about. This behaviour is not allowed and unfortunately, you bring it with you. I am not against you here nor against what you say, I am just against the arguments that arise after your posts. We don't know the truth, we don't know the whole truth, we know everything but the truth. The fact of the matter is, gsol, you have to take everything regarding Calciopoli with a grain of salt. Just because something states "not guilty" in Italy doesn't mean total absence of guilt. If you're going to continue to harp upon infractions involving Claudio Lottito's bookkeeping, you're going to have to admit that there are not only shades of gray but also shades of black, pink, red, white and brown sifting through all this stuff. We're talking about Italy here. Nothing is entirely as it seems.
