so, when are we getting back those 2 scudetti? what's happening with Misson and cie? Any trial or verdict dates?

I'm asking this since we have to print those shirts with the number of scudetti we have. Of course, if we win this year or next year. Should we reprint those old f*ckers with 28 on it, re-order or make new ones with a big fat 30 on it?

    :D

I'm joking but that's a question marketing gurus at Juve are asking themselves.
I would buy one with freakin' 28 on it. Would you?
I already have one with 28 and 29 and if they were to win this year I'd print a 30 for myself if I couldn't find it. With or without the verdicts Juve won 29 titles...fuck the FIGC (Federazione Interista Guasta Calcio).

The verdicts in any case will likely take from 12 to 18 months

The last time I spoke with the creator (Avv Giuseppe Belvisio) he stated that things were looking very positive in Europe. If the appeal is successful there the FIGC will be obligated to re-open.

what jurisdiction would european courts have in this matter? i dont know anything about the legal structure/hierarchy in europe so feel free to educate me :)
I'm not a lawyer, so I'm not really the person to ask.

Italy is part of the European Union, so even if someone has been through the Italian justice system and they are still not happy with the result (and have the funds to do so), they can take their case to the European court to appeal against the decision made by the Italian courts. Of course, they have to have a valid case or the appeal would be rejected and would not be worth pursuing.

Sport is not above the law, but FIGC seems to think they are. In Italy the Calciopoli trial was an absolute farce. FIGC was involved in that farce and that's why I don't trust them!
