Anyone surprised really? So what are we going to discuss then? Does that sound like a grown up person to anyone? Sends his lawyers to the courts and only agrees to do a meeting about topics he's comfortable with..

The biggest farce about everything here, is that the whole calciopoli thing was about the 2004-2005 season NOT 2005-2006. Why in the fuck did they strip that one and award it to Inter is beyond everyone :sergio:

Things got interesting last night. These guys are sweating. Keep pushing, they either buckle directly from this or later when we get to the last option which is to threaten to leave the league. The FIGC and CONI know this would severely harm Italy and Italian football.

Did we ever officially hint at that ?

I don't mind going to the French league, it's a few points away from overtaking Italy's coefficient anyway lol

He said it once in passing comment, but it's a last option that I don't see ever happening. Juve is an Italian institution, which is why we have some good cards here to support us.

Is it possible to play in the French league but still be based in Turin? I mean if Monaco is allowed...

You guys remember how Bayern wanted to join Serie A at one time. How things change lol

Leaving the league sure sounds great. It means we can use our new stadium for training games. And we'll surely be able to attract & afford many great players without actually playing competitive football.

I say go for it :agree:

Of course that's possible. Leagues are constructed by federations. Federations, despite having a nationality themselves, can allow foreign teams into their leagues if they wish to do so. In most cases that would mean they'd have to change their statutes (for example it is likely that the FIGC when founded said they wished to provide a platform for Italian football clubs - so if they would now wish to allow Bayern, they would have to state they wish to provide a platform for clubs in general). But is it possible? Yes, it is. It's not in anyone's best interest though, so it will never happen.

If we help Ligue 1 overtake Serie A it would be the biggest fuck you to the FIGC and the fuckers over here lol

Do you know if it has ever occurred? I mean besides the Monaco case.

As if Uefa is going to stand by & allow a team to change country

Never mind the logistics behind it, never mind the fact that Juventus is rooted in Italy in ways most don't even seem to understand.

It isn't an option for lots of reasons. Legally it is possible though.

Assuming the unlikely scenario we were actually admitted to the French league, we would still use the stadium.

Legally? We all know sporting justice is not the same as "regular" justice, so I'm not sure what that even means.

Impossible to know.

Anyway, it's an entirely pointless conversation. Even if the individual leagues/countries agree to it (as if), Uefa will not, so it ends there.
Besides, those who grasp what Juve is & has always been about know that the club would never even try going down this road.

Why? Geographically it is no problem. Logistically, less than for any other Italian team. The largest problem would come through bureaucracy and red tape. There are other teams who play in leagues outside of their nation, but you would have to move a whole institution to make this happen. Still, if the FIGC were to suspend Juve...

Can't happen, Lega Calcio and the FIGC stand to loose too much money if Italy's biggest team was to leave the league. Imagine the loss of TV revenue.

It's the same reason a European super league won't happen
