Archived? Like nothing happened? We should demand to see their asses in Serie B and money we lost for not playing in Serie A, Champions League and for lost sponsorship deals.

And our titles back, of course.
There's gotta be a loop hole in all of this. Theirs is the statute of limitations..what's ours going to be? Come on moggi...find a way out of all this!

Question: Aside from the top dogs smoking cigars and business as usual...let's say moggi goes to CONI and wins (or somewhere else for that matter)...if he wins his innocence back...would that IN ANY WAY, open the door for the club to move forward "if" they decided to do so?

I know you think with Elkann, etc that would never happen...but let's say Moggi won...and the club decided to tests its luck with the CONI too or would they have to go through the ringer just like Moggi did and start with the FIGC?
Juve could appeal to a higher court today. They could have been doing that all along. Doesn’t matter. They won't. They may go to CONI but they won't take it beyond sporting tribunals. In any case CONI won't reopen the case. It would simply be way too detrimental to the league to relegate Inter and Milan particularly considering the shape Serie is currently in. I know we don't care but they do. Calcio is a cash cow to these people and they severely compromised it once already. They won't do that again. Not for us. Not with the statute excuse so easily exploitable.

gsol, is there any chances of Inter losing their titles after calciopoli, too?
What do you think? Moratti is pretending to care about that title but in all honesty he has likely already agreed to sacrificing it. The others he would fight for and the league isn't about to fuck with him. This is a compromise. Moratti and Inter won't take it in the ass like Juve did. When they revoke the 2006 title consider it a conclusion because I have a feeling that is the farthest it will go.

What's Moggi going to achieve beyond getting reinstated in a league that DOES NOT WANT HIM? They aren't going to give him millions and titles which he will in turn hand over to his enemies at Juve.

Hustini...you need to accept something. Inter are staying in Serie A. They are keeping all the titles they stole except 1 (maybe) and we will not get that title back anyway or any money. You can look for all the loopholes in the world but Juve aren't so it is all for nothing.

We need to be content that the truth emerged. It is a moral victory and in that system it is difficult to expect more.

With all the hate for Moratti, everyone seems to forget that the other Milan club is guilty of all the same things...There is always a Zaza and a Corleone, one for the show in the press and one in the shadows who never gets touched, no matter what...

My admirations for gsol, I have been reading your posts on various forums since 2007 and you never backed down, you have my respect! I'd like to see Tony Samp's "educated" opinion on the current developments

I'm more than prepared to take this as a "moral" victory. I still think there is light at the end of the tunnel, though. That won't change until it's all said and done:)

You are enthusiastic but way too optmistic. I have been following this thing since the day it happened and I wish I didn't. It really opened my eyes. We are nothing and the system is corrupt.

As far as I'm concerned the team's management have plenty of money if they want to invest in us. They don't because Ferrari is more important to them which tells me that even if we did get a big payout it would sooner result in more F1 titles before Scudetti.

The team won 29 titles whether the league and or other fans want to accept it so they can give them back, keep them, shove them up their ass or hand them to Chievo for all I care...they are ours.

Bottom line, we didn't cheat. Others did. We know that now. We paid because our managers were pussy farts and our boys were men enough to deal with it (players and fans) and we are still here.

When people call us cheats the guys like us know how to respond. That's about it. I am plenty content just knowing that I was right and A LOT OF OTHER PEOPLE INCLUDING PEOPLE HERE were wrong.

I am through however expecting “justice”. That isn’t part of Italy. There it’s money, power, and that’s it.
If/when Moggi gets absolved in Naples I will send the whole football world one giant middle finger and call it a day.

And what's the statute of limitations in this mess? Does that mean that time's up for reopen the case? I'm really noob about calciopoli. :D
That's it. They may as well have congratulated Inter for robbing calcio and getting away with it. Milan too.

I'm already spreading the news in some portuguese forums.

I just don't get how the fuck we were relgated to B (C, actually) with no evidences (article 6) against us. I mean, they must have had something to do such a thing. And wasn't this Palazzi the guy who fucked us back then?

He is probably blaming Samp's relegation on Moggi as well :) There have been so many know-all's for the past years attacking you with their "arguments", I don't know how you kept on going. I guess this is a what real Juventino is! Once again, thank you for all the information and sources you provided for us, non-Italian speaking fans of Juve in the search for the truth. If it wasn't for you, I would have accepted the whole crap for pure truth...

Unfortunately, as you said on multiple occasions, Italian football is being played not in the stadiums, but in private mansions...When Del Piero retires and after the trials are over, I am done with the whole crap.

They combined a lot of lower-level violations into an article 6 violation. Sort of like saying 5 breaking and entering charges = 1 murder charge.

SO basically long story short, we were sent to serie B with no concrete evidence while Inter are basically being proven guilty as we speak but nothing can happen to them just because its been 5 years since it happened?
