MoRATti on scudetto of "honesty": "I always think positive and believe that once again justice will prove us right because we are innocent in this matter."
So still after all these calls he still claims he and Winter are innocent? If the judge stays he could be in deeper shit then Moggi was.

They'll have a decision on Friday or Monday now but looks like she'll stay.
And that's very positive for us right?

Long story short, Abete has stated that the 18th of July will be the definitive date regarding Calciopoli and the Sports Justice system. Thursday Palazzi will conclude his “investigation” and can choose one of 3 paths.

    1. He can request the archiving of the documents because there is no proof of wrongdoing
    2. He can request a retrial where the whole thing will have to be redone in order to correct the mistakes of 2006
    3. He can order the archiving of the matter due to it falling out of statute (time restriction of 2 years which has been well surpassed)

The most probable is the 3rd. His conclusion will be presented at the general meeting on the 5th and the interested parties can accept or challenge the results at the next general meeting on the 18th of July.

Prediction: The third option will be selected, Inter will celebrate it as if it were a not guilty result despite the fact that it is a mere refusal to take Inter to trial, and Juventus will not challenge anything.

Gsol, The statute of limitations, is it applicable in the Sporting tribunal

I thought this is applicable in civil courts only

wasn't this law the main reason that made Juve and doctor Agricola won the drug case

How can he sit there and say that when there are thousands of tapped calls saying otherwise?
One wonders what goes through his head before sleeping with the fake cups in his pockets. I can bet he also has fake orgasm, fake erection, fake pussy....

Fucking piece of shit, I boil whenever I read his statements.
