Right guys here is the letter all names on. they are in order of the posts on the names thread sorry about the delay I was watching the hoosiers last night.

Lega calico and FIGC

We here at juventuz.com would like to voice our growing discontent and aggravation at the officiating situation in Serie A this season.

Members of this forum come from various places from all over the world. This should be a cause for your concern because your league/officiating is being shown in a bad light and thus, the opinion of Italian football is getting gradually worse game by game all over the globe.

We have come to a point in the season where we have seen enough incorrect decisions to come to the conclusion that there is an anti-Juventus prejudice in the way the games have been refereed this season. We as loyal fans demand that something should be done to resolve this situation not just for our beloved Juventus but for the beautiful game itself. Juventus as you will all know spent last year in Serie B and we believe that, having lived though our year of purgatory, we are still being punished. We believe that our management has dealt with this very delicate situation in a very respectful way, with great diplomacy and professionalism, and that must also be echoed in our sentiments as we stand by their side.

However, we would like to point out that we have come to a point that enough is enough. Something has to be done to put things back on track and we are willing to cut our television subscriptions to your games and channels such as Rai international by way of protest. We will hold this until we get the justice that our team deserves. Moreover, I’m certain that many other fans of Juventus will join us in this action. We know that our boycott can damage you financially. We urge you to come to the correct decision soon, not just for the sake of our club but for Italian football as a whole.

He had a foreign passport that exceeded the number of permitted "extra communitari" in Roma's line up. I'm not sure what the limits were at the time but this was the rule Inter tried to avoid by fielding Recoba with a false passport.

The end of the season was plagued with headlines regarding all the illegal players but Nakata and others were allowed to play out the season anyway. The league turned a blind eye and he was the player that really made the difference for Roma especially in the direct title matches (i.e. against Juventus).
Ah I found it!

The first game ended 0-0 and i doubt that Nakata played in that game while this is the lineup for the 2-2

Juventus (4-3-1-2): Van der Sar; Tudor, Montero, Iuliano (45'2nd half Ferrara), Pessotto; Zambrotta, Tacchinardi, Davids; Zidane; Inzaghi (39' 2nd half Kovacevic), Del Piero (34' 2nd half Conte)
Subs - Carini, Ferrara, Paramatti, Conte, O'Neill, Trezeguet, Kovacevic

AS Roma (3-4-1-2): Antonioli; Zebina, Samuel, Aldair; Cafu, Tommasi, Zanetti (14' 2nd half Assuncao), Candela; Totti (14' 2nd half Nakata); Batistuta, Delvecchio (1' 2nd half Montella)
Subs - Lupatelli, Rinaldi, Mangone, Di Francesco Assuncao, Nakata, Montella

Cafu has been acquitted cos his wife has Italian parentage. Aldair and Batistuta have been playing in Italy for 10 years by the time this game occured so that just leaves Nakata, Samuel, and Assuncao

You are allowed to field in 5 non eu players I think.

So again I ask you what are you talking about? Was Nakata claiming to be Italian? How was he planning to convince the rest of the world as he kinda looks japanese and I don't remember Italy colonising Japan.

His passport would be foreign because he is JAPANESE

You go to forums take what you can get from there and bring it on here without taking the time to do a little research and find out if what they are saying is true as long as it is not anti juve but anti other clubs, you believe it

You are not allowed to have more than 5 non eu players in your 18 and they did not.

Roma won their scudetto fair and square and were the best team okay

I love it when Denco tries to act like he knows his shit.

In this article from la repubblica (not some pro Juve website like you always assume) you can read how Nakata was so influential in the Roma-Juventus match and how Roma had the Federal Court to thank in part for having modified the “extracomunitari” rule (days before the clash) that allowed Roma to field their whole squad.

    There’s just one thing Denco,

It was the last week of April when the law was changed. APRIL DENCO APRIL! That means he was on the field illegally prior to that.

    http://www.repubblica.it/online/campionato_partite/juveroma/juveroma/juveroma.html

    Satisfied?

It should come as no surprise that the 3 Presidents so interested in this law that they would solicit the federal court were non other than Sensi, Galliani, and our buddy Moratti.

How nice. If the all powerful triade were half of what you think they were that wouldn't have happened or they could have structured their team with illegal players and gotten away with it too.

I just want to highlight three things
    1) Denco was wrong again
    2) Denco again defended a rival yet continues to blame Juventus
    3) Denco went on to say that Roma won fair and square knowing that even if Nakata was Tuscan, Sensi still confessed to giving rolex watches to every referee and linesmen...oh if only his name were Moggi right Denco?

I hate you,do you know why

    basically you are saying

''every team won their scudetto fair and square except Juventus''

even inter's 2005 paper scudetto is fair for you
You personal feelings towarsd me are totally immaterial.

The scudetto we won in 1997/98 we were the best team and no matter what Inter tried to talk about Ronaldo incident is immaterial to me.

We were the best team throughout the season as we were 1994/95 and 96/97.

As far as I am concerned the team that plays the best football and if they have the highest number of points they deserve their titles.

@Gsol sorry but what you put on there seems to be talking about the game as I did not see anything there that was stating illegal players despite my Italian being poor.

Since your Italian is great translate where it stated that Roma fielded an illegal player

    What was changed in April?

Since Bosman you are allowed to field a certain number of Eu Players and in that game with that lineup who was illegal?

So what you are saying and claiming some sort of victory is that Nakata who by and large was a flop at Roma was the reason they won the league?

The contributions of Totti, batistuta and Montella should be totally ignored?

Point out to me who are the foreign players in that

Denco that article clearly states that the Federal Court modified the rule earlier that week allowing the excess foreign players Roma had to play. I'm not going to bother translating something you can easily stick in an online translator. Nakata wasn't the only player on the field but his contributions helped Roma win the title. That game where he scored Juve would have won had it not been for him and his goals altered teh results of a few games. Had Roma won by a huge margin their would have been less of a fuss but they won by the smallest of margins.

Nakata was an illegal player and he wasn't alone. That modified rule was extremely unfair to the teams who followed the original rule throughout the season including Juventus. Again you are beating a dead horse arguing something that can't go anywhere. His contribution made the difference and he wasn't supposed to be on the field that season.

    Boy you are something.

They change the rules PRIOR to the game and you moan. You actually said he was illegal when he played against us which we now know is not true.

How was he illegal in other matches? Did he play with other foreigners in other games that Roma played?

The article states that Capello took advantage of the prior ruling to field his maximum amount of foreigners and there is nothing wrong with that.

there is no rule that forbids you from having 1000 foreigners in your squad, you just cannot play a certain amount at a particular time.

You are allowed to substitute a non eu player for another if you have the maximum on the field

You continue to distort facts to suit you and you raise your hands in the air calling people to judge you the winner like some kid.

So what if he was illegal?

Would Nigeria be right in saying Argentina should have been disqualified for Maradona failing a drugs test?

All the titles we won with players like Conte, Tacchinardi, Zidane etc having EPO in their system should they be null and void.

Quit all these childish nonsense and stop distorting facts as you have been doing for the whole of this thread

Denco, he was an illegal player throughout the season. I clearly stated that he was made legal in the week preceding the game and even posted the article to prove it. You just know you are wrong again and are spinning your usual circles. He was not allowed to be on ROMA's ROSTER regardless of who was playing alongside him. You are quoting the modern rule when the one they violated throughout that season was the one that stated that a team couldn't have over X amount of foreign passport holders on the team. He could have been a starter or a reserve, HE WASN"T SUPPOSED TO BE AT ROMA! Yet he was and made the difference when it counted most.

Even if he was "legal" in the last month of the season, that is unfair to those who may not have purchased players because of the rule at the beginning and it still doesn't justify his presence for the other 7 or 8 months where HE WAS ILLEGAL!

"Would Nigeria be right in saying Argentina should have been disqualified for Maradona failing a drugs test?"

    Stick to the topic.

"All the titles we won with players like Conte, Tacchinardi, Zidane etc having EPO in their system should they be null and void."

hahahahahah Then you call me a moron? Juventus were found NOT GUILTY for that! You STILL didn't know that? If you want the verdict I'll gladly send it to you but frankly that's been common knowledge for a few years now. Even Interisti stopped trashing for that. Any more urban legends you want to throw out there genius.

Quit spinning circles as you have been doing for the whole of this thread
