like I said before, some of you are nothing different than Inter fans, when you lose you moan, you blame the failure of your team to others, since "we are the holly Juventus club that never lose".. If Abbiati played that day and if we lost, you fools would say Abbiati didn't make efforts to save those goals, when he doesn't play you say he didn't want to serve Juve, while you the same fools forgot how he saved our asses many times, the funny thing is we won the scudetto that year :howler:

Abbiati did the best thing for not playing against Milan. and that dude always have my respect for his fair and appreciated (not by everyone sadly :disagree:) service to us.

probably Buffon will be injured and our second goal keeper will be missed(!)

do you remember

opponent was from milano but not inter

So it's not only FIGC is out to get us, even players of other teams are "in" to giving a hand to Inter? I bet Giovinco will cause the Buffon injury...no?

Actually Abbiati didn't play against Sampadoria the match before Milan. And was substituted against Lecce the match before...

So I really don't see why we would go through all these hoops just to prove that he is unfit for Milan....just say he got a cold 1 day before the match if that was the case.

"Why should Milan loan out there goal keeper to a direct rival under any circumstances?"

Because a stupid mistake from Kaka put him out for Months and by the way Juve was paying his salary. Do you know what a loan is?

"Was the 0-0 draw investigated too between Milan and Juventus when the referee blew right on 90 minutes?"

Ya it was. Read up. Nothing happened

"How about all the times in the past that Milan and Juventus have come to a gentleman's agreement not to go against eachother if 1 of them was out of Europe leaving the other to have an easy ride to scudetto?"

    Like when.

"Juve should never say Milan are trying to screw them over and vice versa because they have been conniving for years."

That must be why Galliani has secret meetings with Collina...to connive the scudetto for Juve...

"Between 1992 to 2006, only 2 teams in Italy won the scudetto and guess which those 2 teams were with Lazio and Roma having just solitary wins and with Lazio's case it was an act of nature that gave them the title."

So they were cheating because they were winning? Ok, I also drove to work today. Am I a car thief?

"In that time period Inter had spent heaven and earth on players and some of the decisions that went against them were unfair to say the least but they were the laughing stock of world football mainly through their own stupidity but you cannot deny they were fooked over in some instances to the benefit of Milan and Juventus."

If you want me to start listing the numerous occasions Inter benefitted from shady referees in those years let me know. Some even occur against Juve.

"How about our spectacular collapse the next season when Milan went into overdrive in January after not starting well but we just imploded losing 4-2 to the likes of Lecce and some other freak results?"

So Juve were throwing games? What the hell are you getting at?

"You see if you dig hard enough you will come up with a lot of shit"

    You sure did

Between 1992 to 2006, only 2 teams in Italy won the scudetto and guess which those 2 teams were with Lazio and Roma having just solitary wins and with Lazio's case it was an act of nature that gave them the title.
Between 1992-2006 Juve won it 7 times , Milan 6 times, Roma once, Lazio once
Between 1992-2006 Barcelona won it 7 times, Real won it 5 times
Between 1992-2006 ManUtd won it 8 times, Arsenal 3 times, Chelsea twice and Blackburn once.

Were Barca and Real fixing it ? Were ManUtd and Arsenal fixing the league ?

Juve and Milan were winning simply because they were the best teams in this period of time. The best by far.
I don't like to use a Milanista's excuse, but in this case i have to : How many times Milan, Juve and Inter played in CL final, or in CL semifinal ?

Milan played 6 cl finals and 7 cl semifinals (11 times participated)
Juve played 4 cl finals and 5 cl semifinals (10 seasons)
Inter played only once in a cl semifinal and they were eliminated by Milan. ( 7 seasons)

As for the Lazio winning the scudetto. That's exactly a proof that Juve and Milan weren't fixing everything. If we were, we certainly wouldn't have waited for the last round to decide the scudetto winner. We would have done it much earlier.
In 2002 we wouldn't have waited for the last round to win the scudetto, we would have fixed it earlier.
People like to think that the last round winning of the scudetto in 2002 was fixed and the last round lose of the scudetto was just a bad luck and an act of nature.
Either both were fixed or both weren't fixed. And if both were fixed than everything was fixed. And if everything was fixed why did Juve and Milan let Lazio and Roma win a scudetto ? And why did we lose out on CL in 1999/2000 and lose money with it ? Why did Milan lose out on CL in late 90's and early 00's and lose money with it ?
We can't say our wins were fixed and the only not fixed scudetti were those Roma and Lazio won.

Juve and Milan were the only ones winning because they were the only ones who deserved to win it.

Those who think Milan and Juve were collaborating need to look up the Brunelli case which is one of many examples that clearly shows Inter and Milan's collaboration in the ficticious trades and fraudulent accounting scandal which is currently under investigation.

@gsol All the parables you keep coming up with make me lose interest in reading your posts.

You are interesting but you do come up with some silly stuff like car thief bullshit.

Did Kaka injure Buffon on purpose? Of course he did not. These things do happen on a football pitch.

My point was whenever Milan and Juventus were neck and neck to win scudetto and 1 of them was out of Cl, the other usually leaves them to go for Cl and stops playing well in the league .

In all the years that they were dominating , name 1 time it was a photo finish between the 2

There has been photofinish between Milan and lazio, Juve and Roma, Juve roma and Inter but not Milan and Juve , why?

@ Alen Surely you cannot expect Barcelona to ever aid Real madrid in any way because we are talking about catalonia against catanese (spelling). Barcelona actually famously paid Tenerife twice on the last day of season to beat Real madrid for them to win the title. Not a chance they would collude with Barcelona

In England Manchester United have been the dominant force but English teams were not qualifying for cl finals so I don't see how you can compare that to what Milan and Juventus did.

When Arsenal won the premiership they were always going out in the quarters alongside most english teams so there was no collusion

Besides in England , you do not get cases of players going from 1 rival to another like they do in Italy.

Look at the nonsense involving Heinze with Liverpool and man United

Why are you guys talking about fixed? I never said they fixed matches but it is clear that Milan and Juventus never went head to head in a straight forward scudetto race.

Manchester United and Arsenal did, Barcelona and Real Madrid have on numerous occasions and it did not matter what the other was doing in Cl

but to play every game during the season except against Milan ?

I said back then that it seemed suspicious, and now ppl bring it back up, and finally agree :eyebrows:
No suspicious would have been Abbiati playing and making a mistake. The fact he didn't play strikes me as downright normal.

Just for those who don't know.
Berlusconi told Moggi in order to take Abbiati on loan that year JUVENTUS ARE OBLIGATED NOT TO PLAY HIM AGAINST MILAN. It was part of the deal. Thats why Abbiati was dropped. Whether he had a flu or not, he was not going to play..

But I don't understand the relevance.

Yeah, i understood what you meant. Milan and Juve were somehow partners in it and they shared the scudetti equally, without entering a head-to-head fight.
But that's also not true and we went into a straight scudetto race with them in 2005 and 2006. Didn't we ?
Wasn't Milan-Juve in May 2005 the tittle decider, only 3 rounds before the end? We were equal on points with them for more than 10 rounds and only that match at San Siro gave us the edge and 3 points advantage 3 rounds till the end.
In 2006 it was again us and Milan fighting for lo scudetto. We won the league with 3 points more than Milan and we had to make 3 straight wins at the end to keep this 3 points advantage.

I got your point and yeah, there is some logic in it, but seasons 2004/05 and 2005/06 beat this theory. Especially since it was us who won both these scudetti and since Milan were left short handed.
