I like it that the majority are against Skyler. I read the other an article about Skyler, the author was defending her saying that such a character is needed to create a balance on Walt's over the edge behaviour :sergio: Isn't that what the show is about?
Yeah, there's gotta be a reason the writers are keeping her. Otherwise the show would be too predictable. I wouldn't mind if she died tho tbh. I'm thinking that's what Walt bought that machine gun for :D

I actually just started watching this.
Catch up yo, great show. In a week I re-saw all 4 previous seasons.

Love Jesse btw, favorite character by far. I kinda hope he finds out what Walter's done to him. Wonder if he'll kill him.

I like Jesse a lot too but I am undecided if I want him to know what Walt did, Walt did it to save himself but he also gained Jesse on his side and as a friend.

Remind me again, what did Walt do? Can't remember specifics.

Of the top of my head...

First, he was responsible for killing his girlfriend when she choked on her vomit. Then, he poisoned Brock and made it look like Gus did it. Brock survived and all. He's also saved his life a lotta times.

He poisoned the kid with an extract from Lily of the valley, the plant that Walt has next to his pool and told Jesse that Gustavo stole the resin that was in Jesse's cigarette pack and poisoned him. That was how he convinced Jesse that Gustavo wants to kill both and got him on his side so they planned killing Gustavo with Hector Salamanca.

I don't think he was responsible for the death of the girlfriend, he just stood there without doing anything.

Well, he pusher her off of Jesse and on her back. Before she was lying on her side and she even told Jesse before they went to bed to lay on his side so he wouldn't choke if he puked. That's what I also do when I get too drunk. :D

Well yes but he didn't know that she would puke and choke on her puke. He is partly responsible but I would say it is mostly an accident. Brock was intentional, he asked Saul to poison him.

But are we 100% sure that Walt was the one who tried to kill Brack?
Yes, the Lily of the Valley is seen next to him while sitting by the pool in the closing scene. In Episode 1 of Season 5 Saul mentions it that what he asked him to do in poisoning Brock was fucked up and it was when Saul didn't want to continue working with Walt.

He didn't try to kill him. He gave him some poison from a plant so Jesse would think Gus tried to kill him with ricin.

Ok, thanks. Forget so much of the last episode of last season. Should have watched it before watching this season.

I guess Walt and Jesse are heading the opposite directions. While Walt started off as a good guy he's becoming bad while Jesse started off bad and is becoming more of the good guy. Because at this point, Walt is a socio path while Jesse is building and doing something good with his life.

Well it's different conditions, Jesse didn't lose 622 thousand dollars to Beneke because his fucking wife decided to give the money away.
