core training is about training the part of your body where all your strength and motion comes from- your midsection...meaning your abdomen, hips and mid to lower back
all your power comes from there...whether your swinging a bat, throwing a punch, or kicking a soccer ball
your legs also play an important role, but its your core which give you POWER !!!
since I've done this program, I've gotten much stronger with the weights, stronger on the field...and faster !!!
