New people bring new hope. Lets hope we got it right this time.

Be cautious about them tho. Comolli has 2 decades of being mid at his job in England and France, besides youth movement in Strasbourg.

Tognozzi was a great scout and youth talent guru for our U23. But is completely untested as more major director role with decision making.

I'm very happy Tognozzi is back, I assumed mainly as a scout. If it's a bigger role, we have to be bit wary and hope it doesn't blow up in our face with lack of experience or competence in the role.

    All warranted caution

But mgmt can’t get any worse at this club tbh

Lol my friends spammed Tognozzi's LinkedIn inbox some time ago begging to return. We are definitely taking credit for that one :D

    Tognozzi as Giuntoli's replacement
    Chiellini as Calvo's replacement
    Comolli as Scanavino replacement

I'm excited by the latter. He will do well. Tognozzi replacing Giuntoli feels like a sideways move. Chiellini studied economics and will be good at institutional relations. Not sure on the finance side, maybe they'll bring in someone else to help. :boh:

Not sure what to make of Comoli, maybe it helps he's had a wide range of roles within football to date, looking at his track record he's perhaps better at higher management than within a recruitment/scouting role.
Tognozzi at least won't make the sort of mistakes junktoli made when it came to selling valuable assets on the cheap like Huijsen, but I'm not overly familiar with his work at Granada.

"guys, it can't get any worse than Paratici."

Turns out, buying Lloyd Kelly for the same price we sold Huijsen makes one realize it can get a LOT WORSE.

I think it’s more of the same tbh. Same song, different artist

Time to be optimistic again with lower expectations. Jj fans should be sexperts at this by now.

    Juventus fans not so much

No Comoli will replace Scanavino as CEO and sleepy prez Ferrero will also be replaced within the next few months, but that's the lowest priority out of the overhaul right now.

Tognozzi's role has not been defined yet.

Nah worse, we paid more for Kelly than what we sold Huijsen for.

How about the news about Massara ? What position will he filled ?
And Who will fill Stefanelli and Pompilio roles ? Will Comolli get his guy for that position ?

The only question is - whats in his mouth?

I see it this way - Comolli is the new Marotta and Tognozzi is the new Paratici, no idea what the structure was with Giuntoli as the other guys from his team were completely anonymous.

Sounds like we hired another clown

Tell that to guys like Conte who is making above average teams into Scudetto winners and Inzaghi making CL finalists out of a team thats barely top 5 on paper
