A portrait that is anything but banal, made of friction and sparks. This is what emerges this morning from the columns of La Repubblica , which delves into some internal issues in the Juventus locker room.

Douglas Luiz and Vlahovic: the situation

According to La Repubblica, several Juventus players would like to leave the club. Douglas Luiz, although Thiago Motta is trying to motivate him, does not seem convinced of staying. The most delicate situation concerns Dusan Vlahovic, whose agents have been looking for an alternative solution for weeks, but have yet to find concrete answers. Relations between the striker and the club are at an all-time low. Nicolò Fagioli is also going through a complicated period, having been marginalized for a couple of months now.

The post Danilo and the locker room
Teammates were surprised by the treatment reserved for Nicolò Fagioli and captain Danilo. The midfielder has been marginalized in recent weeks, while the Brazilian defender was quickly sidelined, a decision that left the locker room perplexed. The club, however, offers a different version, claiming that it was Danilo who stepped aside, according to Repubblica. This situation has generated internal tensions, fueling doubts about the management of some key players.

The fact that the management are trying to kid us into believing any other versions to the one we believe about the like of Danilo is taking the piss. We have a management crisis, lack of leaders, I mean we had freaking Perin speaking up this week, where is giuntoli? Where is elkunt? Where are the higher management to really show a united front? They don't. The whole club is rotton at the core, Motta or even replacing him won't fix shit.

This management have shown uncanny level of bad handling of player management, generally conflicts and separations being handled worst way possible.

So understanding the players version of events is easier because it genuinely been consistently poor handled, wether its Allegri, Mckennie, Chiesa, Woj, Danilo Fagioli etc.

Decision making I get, if you wanna move on from eachother, it's a bussiness and tough decisions has to be made at times. But how contentious and ugly each sitaution is handled is generally red flag of bad man management, and complete lack of people skills.

Root of the problem is not there, though. Our management is fucked up.
Yes but what should the management do with Danilo? He was awful most of the time,he is is speaking foe leadership but we didnt see anything from him.
Vlahovic and Luiz are the last ones who can react to something at the club
one is the highest paid player in Serie A and the other is paid 55 million ,both are playing like seria c players

no he will still work at Juve, Marotta and some Udinese guy were elected with him:
  • Lega Serie A: Ezio Simonelli (presidente); Francesco Calvo (Juventus), Giuseppe Marotta (Inter), Stefano Campoccia (Udinese);
Marotta and his one eye is everywhere at that club. He is President, CEO, this and most likely still running the transfers with ausilio as his yes man.
