it's the civil trial, the club won't be affected. that shit ended with the plea bargain
Inb4 they invent something new to drag us into… everyone can sense we are on our way back to being stable financially which means it won’t be long before we are also successful or even dominant again in the league, therefore this shitty and corupt system will be looking continuously for ways and means to slow us down, because that’s ultimately the most that they can do, to postpone the inevitable.

"What stands out in Juve’s case is that the previous management was subject to months of surveillance, with thousands of hours of interceptions. This level of scrutiny does not seem to have been applied to others with similar issues, even minimally."

It’s good that he speaks out publicly and points to the irregularities and abuse against the club, just wonder what’s the meaning of coming out now and saying it so vehemently after all the silence and settlements behind closed doors.

Maurizio #Scanavino to 'TuttoSport':

TRAINING CAMP IN GERMANY - "It was a very nice moment for team building with the full squad, the coach, the technical and the support staff. The one thing I appreciated from that week is the great availability from everyone to get in the game and work hard, with a lot of enthusiasm. The location was very suitable to create that group spirit, so much that there have been moments in which the most experienced colleagues in terms of sport have described this as 'old-fashioned', where at night they met to play mini games, ping-pong, snooker and darts"
#THIAGOMOTTA - "A great feeling was created immediately, he is a person with which we share all the situations step by step. Germany was, by living together for a week, an important opportunity to meet many times during the day, discussing technical topics, more general situations or even have a nice sociable talk. Basically, a figure of a very dedicated, determined, careful to details and surely very ambitious person has emerged. In addition, he has a strong personality and a very blunt and straightforward way of communication with the players"
HARMONY WITH MISTER - "I would say that the harmony with me and with #Giuntoli comes from the fact that he is very focused on coaching. A fundamental element is the clarity of roles within a company: both on the sporting part, and on let's say the more classical corporate part. In his case, as he has his coach role well clarified, he is very available and curious to confront and understand the necessities, the strategies and the objectives that also go beyond his role"
#GIUNTOLI - "In addition to being great as a talent scout, he also has the ability to handle difficult and complex negotiations that put together our needs, the demands from others, the players wishes and the interventions by the agents. And he knows how to act in a formal and transparent way, that in some ways, could lead to more difficulties in a world like the calciomercato one"
THE FOUNDATIONS OF THE NEW CYCLE - "Competitiveness and sustainability are not slogans. They are concepts that need to be interpreted in the right way, that is to say, our approach is not a sinister one, only tied to the accounts, exclusively looking at sustainability without taking into consideration the will of being competitive. In fact, being competitive to win remains our objective, our ambition. We need to follow it on a more cost-effective path. But, I'll give an example: we haven't sold #Bremer, actually we renewed his contract. And we had very interesting offers from an economic point of view, but the lucrative sale would have weakened us, so we said no"
UNWANTED ONES - "The decisions on the players depend on the formation, on the coach's choices, on human factors and economic factors"
BUYING A NEW RONALDO - "If we take #Ronaldo as an example of a top player, then yes. I don't completely exclude that one day a top player joins us. Sure, we also want to create them ourselves, focusing on young players or talented players who have not yet fully exploded. But, as I said, the sustainability should not totally exclude competitiveness. #Juventus has important resources and therefore in the set of the economic investment on the First Team it is not excluded that one day a top player could join; in fact, I would say that it will happen"
DIVORCE WITH #ALLEGRI - "The ending was not expected. Surely we had a second part of the season that was not easy on the sporting level. Then there was this reaction in the Coppa Italia final that pushed us to take initiatives and break the relationship with him. The will of both parties was to find an agreement and that is what happened. Having said that, even during the phase after the split, the personal relationship with Max has always been optimal from a professional and a personal point of view"
QUESTIONS ON THE SPORTING JUSTICE - "The great strategist has been the president, Gianluca #Ferrero, that has approached it in a very concrete and pragmatic way. We made some choices by comparing and discussing to not further compromise the standing in the league and, in that mode, handle in a practical way the European situation, to be able to participate in the next Champions. On the disparity of due process between us and the others, I don't know how to answer that. Let's say that there are still many pending situations, let's wait and see how and if they will be ruled. Surely what is peculiar in the #Juventus case is that the previous management was wiretapped for months with thousands of hours of wiretapping. A treatment that I don't believe was not even remotely reserved to others who had more or less the same issues"
PROBLEMS IN THE LEAGUE - "It is a very litigious League in which it is hard to bring forward innovative projects. Even in that case the aim is to find a common project to manage to develop"
STADIUM FOR NEXTGEN AND WOMEN - "It is a project at which we will take a closer look soon, if not this season, then maybe starting from the next one. Surely we would like to build a home for the Next Gen and the Women. Then where it will be done, how it will be done, I can't tell you yet. But the idea is still part of our will"
THE WOMEN PROJECT - "Women football has an enormous potential yet to be discovered. We need to continue our technical growth path and increase the commercial resources, for example by bringing a sponsor. In Spain they fill up the Camp Nou, we need to follow that example"
WHAT DO THE FANS WANT - "At the beginning for six months it was always the same phrase: 'I highly recommend: defend and save us! Don't make us go back to Serie B!'. They were very worried about that risk. Then, once the judicial issues were resolved, they asked me to start winning fast and to see a little show on the field. There, in particular those that go to the stadium mainly asked to have a better show"
WINNING IS NOT THE ONLY THING THAT MATTERS? - "Calm down, winning remains important and fundamental to the juventino fan. But the new generations also consider other factors and elements. In the Olympics that just ended, we appreciated the effort, the suffering, the commitment. It's something new that is integrating the Italian sporting culture that could maybe become less obsessed with winning. Then #Juventus is always #Juventus and the key word remains 'competitiveness'. If you wear this shirt you need to adapt and win and give everything to succeed"

I would prefer to ask the questions outside of the public eye. Let the fans put on the pressure instead. Eventually you will win over more and more sympathy from media too. It will make us look better, whilst I really don't think complaining publicly will help our case anyway. If anything it needs to be factual over time contrasting a clear injustice. But who would listen? It's a power struggle in Italy and Agnelli is in the middle of it. Italy is a beautiful country but also a dump that is falling further and further behind time.

Andrea Agnelli is very active. The former Juventus president is raising capital, meeting foreign investors (mainly Arabs), talking in depth with local managers... His goal is to take control of Juventus independently from his cousin Elkann. Obviously, this is not a short-term operation.
