what surprise? we should have had our counter strategy sorted a long time ago, take it to a civil court and show these figc and uefa fucks up for the pricks that they are. Go to war with them already! because im telling you now the FIGC and Uefa will continue to fuck with Juve for as long as they want and I don't just mean this mickey mouse scandal but future scandals whenever it suits them.
The idea is that for the salary manoeuvres, it could just be a extremely hefty fine, but no points deduction or -2 point deduction. The juve management were extremely reluctant but finally accepted it[@MaxNerozzi)
reluctant but accepted it... fucking hell these pussies are getting paid millions to take it up the arse and there was me thinking Allegri was the biggest leech at the club.

Let’s be real here. A multi billion dollar company would only accept such punishment if they are guilty.
This could cost the club atleast 100 mil for not qualifying for the cl and maybe even next year too if „stars“ leave and they can’t afford better players.
Juventus’ plea will be evaluated by the FIGC Tribunal. If accepted, Juve will not be able to appeal at any judicial level. If not accepted, the case will go to trial (on Tuesday or on another date). (@SkySport)

if this management for one minute believe we created some plus valenza system and worthy of our punishment or at least accepting it without a fight, they need to go kill themselves.
We've literally given uefa reason to do whatever the fuck they want with us now.
Scenario confirmed, just a few more hours and the terms of the agreement between Juventus and the Federal Prosecutor's Office will be known, which will end up before the National Federal Court and which had initially scheduled the hearing for June 15th. [@mirkonicolino)

It’s the only logical explanation I have. No other club would accept it. We are still talking about one of the most powerful families in Italy and a multi billion dollar company.
Why would you accept losing 100-200 mil in revenue ?

This is the thing, everyone keeps trying to convince me about the power of our owners. I seriously fail to see it in light of all this and not for the first time.

it’s a corrupt organization/system, so it’s either take the deal and wash your hands (relatively) clean now, or get in the mud and still probably end up in a similar (or worse) spot later. The anger here is misplaced imo.
but why sell when value of the club is plumeting? more so in light of all this and the consequences of it i.e. lack of European football, players having to be sold etc...

what so the FIGC can come back in 10 years time with a new scandal and fuck us over some more? no sorry once was bad enough, twice?? simply unacceptable. Elkann was talking about how they had learnt lessons from the past. I'd love someone to enlighten me as to what lessons have been learnt?
Frankly enough is enough, time for this fake agnelli to fuck off

Why didn’t they do this years ago? It’s not like Juventus made much profit the last decade?
And without CL and maybe even a further ban from uefa this will keep the team out of Europe maybe for two years. Cause they would need to sell players to balance the books, Allegri might stay (no cash to pay him out and a new couch and steady the ship) can’t get new players without cl money plus as said uefa might ban us too and this would even only be applied once Juventus qualify again.
