Yep. And it doesn’t even bother me anymore.

It’s kind of exciting to be honest. Reminds me of when we first brought in Marotta/Paratici in 2010. There was a lot of deadwood, shit atmosphere around the club, two horrendous 7th place finishes and in a couple of years we turned a lot of it around.

And we will have another points penalty to deal with next season too, so it’ll be another season out of Europe in 24/25 as well.

Tough times.

Plusvalenza.

At this point the salary case (much more serious) will probably land us a -20 penalty - if not higher.
It depends if we decide to be idiots or not

If we keep Sandro and Bonucci

But let Chiesa and Vlahovic go we are fucking stupid.

Before the Europa league semi-final, Calvo moved to sign Giuntoli without telling Allegri, despite Max having been told by Elkann that he is a point of reference for the club. The feeling is that there is a war of power going on between Calvo and Allegri.Allegri will have talks with the new management to understand the project for the next two years.

For weeks it’s been an almost certain -9 because that’s what the prosecutor asked for. If they now switch to a -12 that really does further show that the agenda of the FIGC is to damage the club rather than impose a penalty that is reflective of the non existent ‘crime’
Makes you laugh -15 or -12 blatant agenda against Juve here

So is this for the inflated transfer case or the salary one?
The first one

@DiMarzio to @SkySport
: "Would Allegri be called into question in the next hours? At the moment, from what I know no and enjoys the support of Elkann.Certainly, eventually, he will be the coach next season if confirmed."

Apparently he also said that Napoli can also lose Ohsemen and Kim.

No wonder it's a sinking ship, with the best players leaving no one can be surprised that Spaletti has doubts.

From other sources (VS) it seems like Kvara also got an important offer from EPL and he wants to go as well.
ADL is as toxic as it comes he doesn't give a fuck as long as he has the final say. They'll never be a dynasty team under ADL, just even how they control 100% of image rights of their players shows what a control freak he is

It´s cristalclear that they want Juve out of CL, just say it like this.
First they talk about -6 or -9 and now that they are watching the stands it suddenly -12. If Milan gets a 1/6 in the last 2 games they will chance it to -16 or something.

Winning 9 in a row really fucked with this whole country’s brain. They are out for vengeance now - pitiful and spiteful motherfuckers.
I remember reading how after we signed Vieira from Arsenal one of the best players in the Premier League Moggi says on the plane home he couldn't stop smiling as he knew Juve were now invincible and were about to dominate Italy for the coming years.

Little did he know his enemies then started plotting his downfall and I feel it was the same with Agnelli after signing Ronaldo.

They knew we had put ourselves too far ahead of the competition with that signing so have now plotted to take us down again.

we can appeal, we can drag it for years

and we should. the whole plusvalenza trial is absolutely unacceptable
You know elkunt won't and will be blackmailed into going to the TAR for the sake of the league like last time.

Can Tar civil court step in such matters or the only option is Court of Arbitration for sports?
They can't reverse any sporting penalties no but we could claim financial compensation

Isn't it the Fifa statute that prevents club from from going to civil court for sports related dispute. Anyways won't make a difference as Uefa will ban us from Europe next season.

tar's are civil courts, that's why neither coni nor figc wouldn't wanna go there as any procedure would take years there

based on the prisma investigation there are two sports cases (plusvalenza, salary maneuver), and a civil case. latter is estimated to last around 10 years. first hearings are scheduled to october iirc, so journals will have something to write about for a while
