Close to 30 small shareholders of Juventus who feel damaged and betrayed by Agnelli will ask through Codacons to take legal action at the preliminary hearing of the Prisma investigation.

Guess I'm phrasing it wrong. What I meant to say is that obviously Napoli isnt among the most popular Italian clubs and whoever wrote that article must be a Napoli supporter or clueless
It's somebody who doesn't realise how partisan calcio is. Nobody on the peninsula tunes in to watch a team just because they are good atm. Everybody only watches their own team, regardless of how shite they are

The hearing #Prisma is postponed to 10 May. The #Juventus will examine the request of the civil party and the GUP in the courtroom will decide whether to accept it. One of Juventus' lawyers, Rocca: "The territorial jurisdiction will be discussed on 10/5"; trial in Turin or moved to Milan.

And by then they count the points what they need to relegate Juve.
We wont go to Serie B but I think -20pts for next season would be the punishment (talking about the wages thing)
As for the 15pts I think it is more likely than unlikely that the points will be canceled.
Anyway another tough year ahead of us

Bruno Barbieri, Codacons lawyer, at the GDS launches a harsh attack on Juve: " We are evaluating the opportunity to carry out a collective civil action against juve for all those sportsmen who have seen matches that were not regular or suspicious, because the sporting campaign was not regular.
