Good point, in normal countries. In Italian sporting tribune opinions prevailing in public heavily influence verdicts. You have a statement of one of Calciopolli judges that their decision was founded on geneneral sentiment of the people. They talked and listened to what people said at that time and made their decision to demote us.

You have people here who want our board members to come out screaming, to cry and declare their innocence every change they get. That's simply not how any of this works. You shut up and focus on your defence. The more you say, the worse you look in papers and on tv. Not to mention that it might lead to harsher penalties, if you are found guilty in the end. There's simply not really anything to gain from it.
But take my words with a pinch of salt. Because I do not have the extensive legal experience that Badass clearly does have.
And yes, legal experience matters.

But the thing is, it makes us look good.
Because it shows we are worried about the money we are spending and we think we are overpaying our players. If we're cooking the books, we wouldn't be worried.

And what do you suppose we do when the figc and coni decide to fuck us over some more because we didn't expose the rotten corruption in the sporting justice system? The way I see it is the fans and the power of social media are the ones doing that whilst the clubs management are happy for the sporting system to continuously sling mud at us? We already appear weak to them because we've kept quiet and if it's true that we are even willing to settle on a lesser point deduction based on the plus valenza case then it's game over as far as I'm concerned and my worst suspicions have been confirmed.
As I've said before we can take it to a civil court but they can't revert any sporting punishments I.e. point deductions etc... that was pointed out in 2006 l, they'll only clear our name on paper but ultimately the damage is already done by then

- FIGC and CONI decided to fuck us over.
- There is rotten corruption in the sporting justice system.
- Juventus have knowledge of this corruption and do not want to expose it.
- Juventus have no issue with said corrupted sporting justice system "throwing mud".
- Juventus appear weak, because they have not commented so far.
- Juventus are willing to settle for a lesser point deduction with regards to the plusvalenza case.
I do not know whether or not these assumptions are true or false. I do not have enough information to know.

It's simple we are being punished for a law that doesn't exist for one. A imaginary punishment issued by self proclaimed anti Juventini prosecutors and judges, its common knowledge exposed by the fans of Juventus through social media

What you are writing here is different to what you wrote above.
Also, it's not so much that we have been punished for violating a law that previously did not exist as it is the fact they cannot even clearly state what it is we are being punished for. This is step 1. At the very least the prosecution should state in very clear terms what we are being accused of.

I think it's all going to end with -9 or something.
Clearly they won't want to declare Juventus innocent, because that would make them look like complete idiots. But the investigation has been anything but impartial and with several 'judges' coming under scrutiny I don't think they will want to push through and really hurt Juventus.
