I just think it's funny that you, a nobody really, is calling John Elkann a pussy.

The man is CEO of Exor.

I don't think you quite grasp the vastness of the space between his capabilities and yours.

I see what you are saying but John Elkann was born into enormous wealth. There was nothing great or extraordinary about him, he just got born lucky.
I don't think having more money or responsibility/ control than someone makes them a better man.

Given John Elkanns power and how he behaves he is indeed somewhat of a pussy.

And if Badass' grandfather was Giovanni Agnelli then Badass would be the CEO of Exor now

Imagine unironically praising the capabilities of somebody whose position was decided before he drew his first breath

lol
Damn you beat me to it.

hate to break it to you but John Elkann is a pussy, he proved it in 2006 and so far is doing the same. Like to see what justifications you have to show John Elkann is even defending this club the way it should be.

He's just someone who inherited power and wealth but has fuck all balls

He wouldn't.

Think Andrea Agnelli. The example is right there.

In all seriousness, would you guys take Lapo as president? The guy clearly loves the club and is the only member of the Agnelli family who has the balls to defend it. But on the other hand he is a bit of an unstable nutjob.

Ciro Santoriello, the chief prosecutor (who said derogatory things about Juventus), will not be in court for the Prisma preliminary hearing on March 27. Meanwhile, Juventus have hired two top lawyers for the case.

It's not about being a pussy. You have to share a table with Inter, Napoli, Fiorentina etc so it's not like we can Marlowe Stanfield the meetings. The club is a business, the environment is different. If we didn't need Serie A, we'd have left years ago but since we do, we have to calculate these things properly.

Won't matter if sanoriello is there or not, whoever replaces him will be anti Juventino too

Ziliani was obviously hurt by some Juventini when he was a child

It's not official but it's certain: Gianluca #Rocchi is the sole candidate for the AJA presidency, master AIA. A breath of fresh air in Italian football after half a century of scams, misdeeds and suspicions. We really needed it, don't you think?

Funy thing is Rocchi was a terrible ref for us. They're warped in the head.

It does take a level of pussiness to steady a ship though
I think 'caution' would probably be a better word to describe it.

From Elkann's point of view Juventus is a small part of what is essentially an empire. People want him to go all out and make all sorts of outrageous statements, but that's not his style and I don't think it would help us either.

There's also this misconception that people who are born into wealth are gifted CEO roles. Usually they are being prepared for such roles from a young age, which in itself requires a lot of work. You don't become capable of ruling an empire overnight. But more importantly they are surrounded by family members who essentially want the same thing and are prepared to go to great lengths to get it. Maybe we like to believe every Christmas eve is fun and cosy with the Agnelli's, but that's unlikely to be the case. Perhaps John Elkann is not tough on the streets or on a football pitch. But I can guarantee this man can hold his own in a board meeting or in court.

No what doesn't help is allowing a corrupted system to exist without challenging it or at the very least exposing it for what it is. Elkann has the power and resources to do that and all we've said is (Calvo) "let's not take things out of context" referring to the anti Juventino comments said by Santorellio if elkann was really that strong he'd protect his assets not sit there and do next to nothing

Everything you say is correct, but really the only thing that separates bold from reckless, or cautious from pussy, is results. And at the moment, jury is still out i concede, results wise he's more on the pussy side.
