Chinè is examining the salary case that once again involves Juventus. The Federal Prosecutor has in his mind to ask even tougher punishment this time, by asking 20 penalty points to be added to the current 15 hoping the judges adopt a liberal attitude to enforce a higher points deduction .Even stricter punishment demands could be made involving bianconeri managers.(Corsport)

hate to break it to you but John Elkann is a pussy, he proved it in 2006 and so far is doing the same. Like to see what justifications you have to show John Elkann is even defending this club the way it should be.

He's just someone who inherited power and wealth but has fuck all balls
Dude I don't disagree with you that Elkann seems to be doing a bad job here but I think you're missing Seven's point.

His point is: who the fuck are you to be chatting so much shit all day? Can you provide us with evidence of times you have not been a cringey pussy? Writing posts on here about how you would blow up this or kill that doesn't count, nor does incessantly dropping single-sentence posts with the homophobic flair of a 12-year-old. In fact those are evidence to the contrary. You've been on the receiving end of a lot of heavy bullying on this forum over the years but you stood your ground and are still here contributing. That goes in the win column for you for sure and shows strength and bravery. What else is there?

If those in charge of this club took your advice on action during this time we'd be the absolute laughing stock of football (and business) forever. Seven's point is that these people understand these things better than you do. There is a much bigger picture you or I can't fully comprehend. I'm as underwhelmed as you by the official response so far, but putting it down to Elkann being some kind of chicken whereas you would be some kind of Herculean saviour in his place is as delusional as it gets.

Ziliani was obviously hurt by some Juventini when he was a child

It's not official but it's certain: Gianluca #Rocchi is the sole candidate for the AJA presidency, master AIA. A breath of fresh air in Italian football after half a century of scams, misdeeds and suspicions. We really needed it, don't you think?
dude, this guy is a cuck. Montero fucked his wife. No wonder he spills BS on us all the time.

So you're absolutely fine with the club taking a back seat whilst the figc mock us? It's funny how most other big clubs would not stand for this sort of treatment. Shouldn't matter what I would do the fact is the club is doing nothing to fight back and break this system, instead we have members of our own management taking Santorellio's words about being anti Juve as and I quote "Out of Context" just let that sink in for a moment and tell me that this management is doing all it can do to defend this club now?

I can somehow believe that our management dont goes public "ranting" against FIGC and everything because they "understand these things better than you do. There is a much bigger picture you or I can't fully comprehend"... ok maaaaybe I can believe that

But let me ask this... what about us fans? how do we must feel?

Who do we must feel when you see FIGC and everybody attacking the club in ALL areas and the club stay silent about it.

How de we must fell when you see the presecutor saying he is a Napoli fan and that he hates Juve and then our own CFO comes and say " I believe some sentences taken out of their context can take on a different meaning from what they actually have in the correct context"

How do we must feel when the fans have been more vocal than the management publicly with statements that you expect that the club have made.

Ill tell you how I feel...

I can undestand that the management cant go public ranting against FIGC and go all guns blazing in public, but there are ways to go out publicly to defend the club in a firm and publicly correct manner, but the club has decided for some reason to speak little or nothing, to make excuses for those who attack us, and even take a position of "martyr" and that as a fan hurts me, it angers me, it makes me been negative of the result and the worst, it makes me not care...

At the end of the day, these can end with us been send to Serie B again or with us eliminated from european football... but you know whats worst, you can end with us as fans not caring, and that,THAT is worst.

I tell you this now if elkann and co decide to take a quiet stance on this no matter the outcome the figc will come for us again and again and again because they know what a weak management is in charge. That's why we must strike back and expose the figc for who they are!

If you did actually read my post I believe you only read what you wanted to read and not what I wrote.

I wasn't talking about the management I was talking about you. In fact I said five different times that I don't disagree with you that the management don't seem to be dealing with it properly.

I seriously miss the times all we had to worry about was what the next line up would be.
The good old days when the big struggle was thinking about what we were going to do with Marchisio, Vidal, Pogba and Pirlo in a system with a three-man midfield.

Or that we had Chiellini, Barzagli, Bonucci, Benatia and a very promising Rugani all wanting gametime.

Or what to do with Mandzukic now Higuain has arrived, especially because Mario left Bayern partly because Lewandowski took his spot.

Or if Evra or Dani Alves are coming to do a good job or if they're just coming to fuck around like Lucio did.

It's not about being a pussy. You have to share a table with Inter, Napoli, Fiorentina etc so it's not like we can Marlowe Stanfield the meetings. The club is a business, the environment is different. If we didn't need Serie A, we'd have left years ago but since we do, we have to calculate these things properly.
I am all for a civil and respectable approach on a daily basis, however once you are attacked as we are now then you must hit back with everything.

And I've told you it doesn't matter what I do, what matters is what the management is or in this case isn't doing! Why is it the fans are actually doing more defending of the club than the club management? Seriously ask yourself this and then you'll begin to understand why fans like myself are reacting angrily towards the situation. Right now this feels like 2006 all over again and we all know how that ended!

Clearly it's not though. Because you care about your business prospering. The club an old toy that the spoilt trust fund baby doesn't want to play with anymore but also doesn't want anybody else to play with it.

Hi mate , i thought that was a good point from our board.
they made a comparison saying like " i believe that some sentences taken out of their context can take on a different meaning from what they actually have in the correct context. This applies to Juventus and to all the people at Juventus who have been involved in the investigations, This also applies to the words of the PM."
