funny now that to keep their clients they went from 40 a month to 25. Thing is, fans from other clubs will threaten to unsub and will get a discount hence dazn, sky, league will lose more money.
Its working. 1 day into this and they are handing out discounts. Now the Figc might open investigation against other clubs as well. Fans need to continue with this boycot. We were cheated in the 1st place over broadcasting rights distribution as number of subscribers matters less than the population of the city from which the club comes from or the number of fans at the stadium. Absurd.

Its pointless as long as the football association is working against us. How many scandals over the last few years they have tried to pin on us? It seems every few seasons there is something. Few years ago, they tried with Suarez and alleged test which we paid to obtain questions for him to gain citizenship. They need to feel their pockets getting emptied. I cancelled every shit the last 2 days that had any connection with Serie a.
I am trying to say...
The owner of Juve should not need plusvalenza in the first place. Could have sold the jewels of his wife to support the club.

In times like this. I wish I know the Italian language and more about Economics.

Really? They use population of the city? Looks like a paragraph made only to fuck up Juve.

They could simply ask the subscriber in the subscription application to declare the club they are supporting.

Why come up with formulas.. this is like living in the past when digitization was not a thing.

Exactly, that's why I think it was done to avoid paying most of the money to Juve.

Yeah, I think I recall before this last contract they use to place population of the city ahead of number of supporters or at the same level which cost us millions per season back then since Turin has less inhabitants than Rome or Milano.

The prosecutor seems to have no understanding of accounting or finance.

"fictitious plusvalenze" has absolutely no bearing on our liquidity to be able to make signings. It is a paper entry, for every player sold for an alleged inflated cost there is a player purchased for an inflated cost. The cash out the door is the exact same as if the prices were lower. Our accounts are also taking the hit for the next few seasons while we amortise these players. There is no argument for a sporting advantage whatsoever unless they really want to skew it that we would not make the financial rule to register for the league (I don't think we are even close to that). Also if they argue that we got a sporting advantage for this surely it is wiped out by the other clubs we dealt with also getting the same advantage.

The owners have put their hands in their pocket and more often than not put this cash into other clubs in the league by making domestic signings.

I would expect our lawyers/board to be all over this argument but worrying that it was successful in the case.
Agreed, if this indeed is the argument from the prosecutor it shouldnt hold up. Besides if the profit is fictitious in year 1, the losses in year 2, 3, 4, etc are fictitious as well, its a self-punishing system that doesnt give you a sporting advantage.

Was there only the prosecutor in this trial? No arguments from the defence?

No idea, aa far as I understand its not really a real trial with a real court, rather a sporting body process that dishes out punishment.

But if we get -15 this season for the fictitious profit, hopefully next season they give us +15 for the fictitious losses as well.

Fuck the Ultras they care more about themselves than they do about the club and they do it more harm than good.

Statement from the ultras:
“This time it is worse than 2006. That time, we were really blameless and what happened came from the necessity of an entity to interrupt the sporting domination that was becoming embarrassing for everyone,” wrote the Drughi, Nab and Viking groups on the Curva"

“That is not the situation today. Today we pay because these disgusting creatures in the director’s booth treated our jersey like an object without a soul.”

“The truth is that the docked 15 points, saying out of Europe and everything else that will follow is just the tip of the iceberg compared to the real punishment, which is that from today it will be much more difficult for a child to fall in love with this jersey, as he is forced to deal with insults without the possibility of defending himself.

“In 10 years we will have very few adolescents cheering on Juventus and it seems incredible those marketing strategy specialists haven’t figured that out, the same ones who are focused on an appeal and pointing to others being cleared.”

Claiming to be the perpetual vic is as beta as it gets brev and the club doesn’t need to be adopting that
Tell me I’m wrong that this club isn’t just walking talking victim. Victimized in mercatos, victimized by small teams in UCL, victimized by kangaroo courts of their country. Victims, they’ll take it while laying down and will also position themselves to ensure maximum comfort of the ones fucking them

and fuck our Ultras that AA rightfully got out.
They are now back and consider us guilty.
Hopefully the real fans react today.
I don't like that they are bringing the beef with Agnelli at that time, but I do agree it's the reckless management the first guilty of current situation. The owners should ride Agnelli to the court, if he weren't their nephew.
