No way they will stay, he is not born Juve fan, he will want to make carrier, and staying here is everything opposite.

Maybe it is time for new oil man to buy this club, and finish suffering.

There is nothing wrong with those transfers, they paid MV at moment.
What are you saying here? MV?

Also will we not know whether the appeal is successful till April? They already know even if it is overturned, physiologically we could be fucked till then and any potential deals we are going for will be as well

So we said we need x plusvalenze by a certain date and then made it happen?
How is that illegal?
It's legal if the deals actually happened and transfer fees were paid

It's fraud if the deals only existed on paper but then again it takes two parties to declare a fake transfer and I don't see anybody else punished

Also none of the other clubs doing the same shit, first and foremost: Naples and Inter

I need to make x amount of sales before Jan 1st

I go out and make those sales and because I planned it it's illegal?

What
It is so obvious that there is a vendetta out for J. It was that way before this whole talk of the Super League and now they've upped the level one notch. Imagine dishing out a penalty based on moral grounds.

One of the most ridiculous parts of this is that it is a paper exercise. We didn't get any sporting advantage, the physical money spent/received is still the same as if they were at lower values, the cost to the accounts is the same overall (just different timing as we have higher amortisation) all to comply with a FFP rule that seems to be regularly breached with little punishment.

When they found Chievo guilty of this, they gave them a 3 point penalty. Why does Juve get 15?

Let's note also that Chievo did this otherwise they couldn't sign up for Serie A

Who is guilty? Chelsea or Shaktar?
For FIGC? It's JJ

In reality, IF
1) the transfermarkt values meant something other than random forum users rating players
2) Chelsea didn't actually pay 100mil but only pretended to on paper to improve Shakhtar's balance sheets

then both clubs should be punished for fraud, not just one either way
