I’m not worried about the plusvalenza situation as I feel it’ll get overruled or heavily reduced. But this is just the tip of the iceberg now UEFA could be involved.
Nope dude we'll have to wait 1-2months to have the written sentence explaining why and how Juventus was punished.
Then we can apply to Coni to have the sentence go void. So it's either all written off for procedural mistakes or nothing.
So it's either -15 or nothing.
And that in 1-2months. Meanwhile we'll have to play with this and we still have to see what they'll do for Prisma thing.
At this point logic goes to the trash bin and anything is possible.

Worst outcome? Serie B and 2-3years ban from UEFA cups.

At this point what we'd need? a Strong management replying to any shit that goes our way.
Some strong pasionate supporter as president a bit like Andrea Agnelli when he became Juventus president.
Not come accountants and newpapers manager which know shit about football and don't care alot anyway. Since they're here to fix the books and defend us in the fight against Consob whatever.

Now if we had an Andrea Agnelli bis (at this point don't even know who could rightfully take his place)
We'd need some heavy responce team.

What I'd do if I were John Elkan?

First I'd pump money to fix the books + buying players
Second I'd make a public statement claiming this:
-Some newpapers journalists are banned from our stadium and we'll never talk ufficially to those newspapers as well
-We'll never spend money anymore in italian market. Every penny will go outside of Italy.
-From now on FIGC is dead. We'll ignore anything related to FIGC. Not partecipating to any reunion or bullshit. They lost any credibility.
-Do whatever it takes to damage Serie A. They fucking need to die begging.

Some details about what happened yesterday from Tuttosport:

- The prosecutor Chiné spoke for 42 minutes out of 44 just about Juventus.
- He claimed that some Scudetti were rigged because this allowed Juve to strengthen the team
- He wanted a heavier punishment like relegation

- - - Updated - - -

More punishment, possibly even another heavy point deduction can be coming soon.

Why? Juve were yesterday prosecuted only for the capital gains case.

At the same time, FIGC opened another investigation about the salary manoeuvre that is still to have a verdict.

I doubt. As I said they put accountants and a newpaper manager as president and am.
Those people are hired and pay they don't give a fuck about Juve.
They're Exor people put there to fix economical management.
We'll firstly have to find someone a la Marotta.
Then we'd need a real president who actually give a shit since John Elkan doesn't have time or is interested.
At this point EVEN Lapo Elkan would be a better person than those they put there.
At least he talks to defend us! I wouldn't have him manage anything but at least having someone that will defend us with words would do for now.

Watch the New deal of tv right after a few monhts, they will be way lower than now. Teams like Milan and Inter will feel it 2.

And Agnelli should sell Juventus in my opinion. Too much bad influence at Juve with the name Agnelli, now and years ago

Cancel your subscription, rather pay the €4 for Juventus TV than sponsoring the rest of the Serie A. It’s been going viral since yesterday and it probably won’t chance anything, but I sincerely hope that we’ll downgrade the Serie A broadcast rights and income of other clubs. Let them starve.

This is crazy and I'm a bit pissed off that we didn't do more

Why not instead of sending Max out to talk refuse to talk to any of the press?
Why not have a stronger response?
Why not have the new management come out with and fight fire with fire? Do something

It's absolutely ridiculous that we haven't had anyone come out officially and say how are we being punished for capital gains but no other club? How can there be rumours of uefa exclusion but conveniently not exclude teams we did deals with like City and Barca?

The prosecutor talking about rigged scudetti and just talking about us for 40 minutes. Come on, even if just in the media we should be dragging them through the mud, the court of public opinion is massive and we never defend ourselves.

How can they have re opened something that we were previously absolved of?

Maybe because we are guilty afterall and the new management knows this. Even if every other club did it to some extend, we did this shit and we shouldn't be doing it.
This club management was too cocky.

Plus also reports from other clubs saying Juventus pushed to do a deal with inflated price to cover their books. Look I'm no expert here but I don't really buy the scenario where everyone wants to fuck Juve and if it's normal in Italy that everyone wants to fuck us then the management should be first to know it and keep everything clean.

I still remember 2006

The club bent over like a bitch and took it in the ass.

I'm not getting my hopes up that we will fight back. I don't think anyone at EXOR is passionate enough about Juve... they don't give a shit.

But literally everyone does this?

Lukaku was sold to Chelsea

Lukaku back on loan to Inter

Casadei to Chelsea for an inflated price

Osimhen is only at Napoli because of hyper inflation

Don't fall for this bullshit, you can't do plusvalenze by yourself.
That's like saying I fucked myself and got myself pregnant, come on.

So the lawyers will decide what is players value?
The second case is more serious with secret payments but then there is no signature of Ronaldo to give validity.

Wait for the whole info, I'm pretty sure it's not only the transfermarkt values, if we are pled guilty there is probably some strong evidence already.

Yes in kangaroo court judiciary. For your information we are as guilty as the below scientists.
Six scientists and a government official were sentenced to six years in prison for manslaughter by an Italian court on Monday for failing to give adequate warning of an earthquake that killed more than 300 people in L’Aquila in 2009.
