okay, so the prosecutors are simply idiots: they included the vrioni deal (numbers below, bought for 4m, became austrian top scorer, sold for 3.7m) in their list of artificial plusvalenza made by juve :baus: hist will still explain in 20.000 characters why it was shady and A CRIME

He has done absolutely sweet fuck all before he became austrian topscorer. Clearly there is something off here.

Besides being called up to the Albanian senior squad as a teenager, being a consistent member of the u21 side, and being bought by the biggest club in Italy. Besides that he did nothing.

That should go something like this...

Lord Allegri: "Hey, Zidane! How are you doing?"
ZZ: "New phone, who dis?"
Allegri: "Always loved that sense of humor, Zizou. This is Massimo from Juventus. You know we've always considered you family."
ZZ: "If you're looking for money, I ain't got any."
Allegri: "No, no... that's not what this call is about. But on the other hand, it sure could help if you could put in a good word for us with Emirates. But how would you like to come back to Turin for old times' sake?"
ZZ: "I'm sorry, but the edges are setting on the quiche in my oven..."
Allegri: "Oh, this will only take a minute...."
ZZ: "Sorry, bad connection ... I can't hear..." *click*

Might be the case that Juve paid the whole Austrian league so they let him score for fun and bump his value, perfect plan from mgmt. But the prosecutors can analyze those goals and prove they are actually fake ones right? For example if he has more goals than expected goals stat, this is clear cheating from Juve and we are doomed.

why not big headline on football italia yet?
they are still busy writing about "new" interceptions that date back to '21

bunch of clowns

same goes for gds and cds, i bet it won't make it to their printed headlines tomorrow. just like juve, italy would need a reboot, just for different reasons

The public prosecutor of Turin also dropped the charges against Juventus and those involved in the "falsified balance sheets". ⚠️✅

(@CalcioFinanza)
just to clarify: at the end of last year, the prosecutor wanted to have agnelli & co under house arrest and as a preventive measure, a seizure of ~400k euros for taxation reasons. both requests were denied by the judge, so the prosecutor appealed. the hearing was scheduled for next wednesday, but the prosecutor dropped the appeal.

it doesn't mean that the whole process is finished and our former directors are clear, it just means that the prosecutor has given up on putting them under house arrest. it's a small victory, but still a victory.
