Amateurs. Can't understand how ppl discuss their criminal activities over the phone.

As a Bolivian lawyer, I would 100% only have these discussions in person and making sure no one is wearing a mic.
i don't need smart criminals, i'd be happy with a management not engaging into criminal activities in first place

i think they were blatantly arrogant besides being incompetent

This is starting to have the same feel as it did in the summer of 2006.

I wouldn't be surprised if there are serious consequences over this.

How could we ever recover our image? Once was bad enough but twice?

You'd think they would of learnt from their mistakes the first time it happened.

Even the lowest level drug dealer knows not to talk shit on the phone.

No wonder the resignations were so abrupt and instant.

JE obviously sees the train is coming and the club is stuck to the tracks. This very much has 2006 vibes. I can see us getting points deducted for remainder of season and no way of getting CL places and even if we did, we get points deducted next year too to make CL another mirage for another year. That results in our main players wanting to leave, the shitty ones will stay b/c no one will want them and we are obligated to pay them. Twice caught cheating, no way we recover IMO. We still haven't shaken 2006, now we need to shake 2006 and 2022 LOL

i thought it's already decided that we will get relegated lol

also, points deductions for next season should be based on a process evaluating this current year's financial report. do we already know that we're going to fuck up the next report too?

let's calma a bit

Have you guys even seen the disclosure that Juve made in March 2020 about salaries? There is nothing out of order. It is ridiculous how Juve fans are falling for this media bullshit.

In a sporting sense we haven't done anything wrong, the plusvalenze were all thrown out. The issue that is being investigated had to do with not disclosing the unpaid wages to the public and shareholders. Right now all of these shit media outlets are throwing in everything including a million old quotes from the closed plusvalenza cases.

Juventus generate clicks, that's all this is.

But you don't go barking against giants unless you have a case. They will fuck us in the ass, it's just a matter of how big cock will it be.

Can the club be punished for the fraudulent action of the sporting director or the management?

As if they haven't always barked at us regardless

They have a potential case against the board members. Sporting wise what have we done wrong? If anything we'd receive a fine as any potential false balances didn't give us any sporting advantage.

The only way is if it were ridiculous and the only reason we were able to register for the competitions. But that does not seem to be the case.

I think what has happened is that when covid hit we delayed payments. We didn't put the owing money of those contracts in the financial statement for that year.
As they were delayed (this was something that the FIGC suggested all clubs do as the contracts were not valid any more because the season was paused and extended)

Not disclosing meaning? The jist disclosure in March 2020 was 3 months salary freeze if season is discontinued (April, may, June). If matches were played (which they were in June, July) the players would be recompensated after renegotiating.
The press is leaving out the second part to make it look like 3 months was forfeited regardless of if 19/20 was completed later or not.
