So once the season is finished they will deduct the amount of points to take Europe away,

wining the EL is probably our only hope of Europe next season but more than likely they will come up with something to kick us out as well
Ceferin will kick us out

Juventus hope to appeal the next verdict too, potentially delaying the whole situation until the nine-point penalty is applied to the 2023-24 season rather than 2022-23.

I think that this is what will eventually happen.
But if it does, UEFA will ban us for next year and we'll be double fucked :wallbang:

The fact that this clown board's idea of defending this club is to take it up the arse for a non existent law makes us fucked as it is.

If judges are Napoli fans nothing can happen.
No what you do is take it to the fucking top go to a European court of law and in the meantime start issuing counter law suits for damages against the club

Same thing happened during Calciopoli. Uefa will give extended time to figc to submit list of clubs to play in Europe next season.

They won't Uefa pressured the FIGC to 'close' the calciopoli case quickly in order to submit the list of clubs, same shit will happen again because Elkann is a fucking clown. meanwhile no development has been made regarding the Man City financial case and why? because these processes takes years! not weeks.

Same thing happening in La Liga serious allegations against Barcelona but still no charges and penalties. The entire system in Italy is against us we quickly need to appeal to TAR.

Basically there’s nothing we can do, because of who we are and what country we’re in this was always going to be a lost cause, when twice before they couldn’t get the outcome they wanted they tried again and found a way this was always a media/political sentence

The reasons from CONI do not give room for high hopes, a new appeal by Juventus to the CONI Guarantee College against a new motivated penalty by the Federal Court of Appeal would be rejected. The league standings will be rewritten with Juve not being in Europe and the salary maneuver case still pending.(@mirkonicolino)

I think it is becoming pretty clear that they will give us enough of a penalty to push us out of Europe this season and hold back on the salary case to give us a penalty to ruin next season too.

It is a case based on a fan made transfer website, led by people who openly hate Juventus. I'm interested to hear how they are still proceeding with a penalty without punishing any other teams we dealt with or other teams who have sold a player above the value on transfermarkt.
