The Tar del Lazio obliges Covisoc and the Figc prosecutor to deliver note 10940 of 14 April 2021 to the defense, the one in which the supervisory body asked for clarification, reporting some suspicious transactions of capital gains. Until now the release of the note had been denied. It is one of the points of the Juventus appeal to the Coni Guarantee Board because, in theory, it could backdate the terms of obligation to open an investigation, making some of the documents unusable. The judges will decide. Now, however, the document enters the records of the sporting trial and will be used by the judges.

The Lazio Regional Administrative Court has upheld the appeal filed by Fabio Paratici & Federico Cherubini: the letter from the Federal Prosecutor's Office to Covisoc with interpretative clarifications on the capital gains affair will have to be delivered to the defence lawyers.
The secret paper is dated April 14, 2021, in which Covisoc asked for clarifications on the subject. For Juve, this document represents the real beginning of the investigation & therefore would invalidate the investigation of the prosecutor, which took place after the time allowed
The proceedings were in fact opened in October well beyond the allowed time limits, namely 30 days for the entry of the notice in the appropriate register and 60 days for the duration of the investigation.

Covisoc will now have to deliver the document to Juve's lawyers within 7 days. Juve had asked to see the document, but prosecutor Chinè had rejected the request, explaining that "it's not part of the documentation acquired as part of the disciplinary proceedings."
