Even Sandulli one of the Coni judges gave ridiculous interview where he said Juve is publicly traded company on the stock exchange it needs to be treated differently then clubs not listed.
I haven't read the interview, but I can think of many ways publicly traded companies are and should be treated differently. The reality is that such companies have shareholders, who do not know the ins and outs of the company and who should be able to trust that what they are being told is true. Whether or not this is particularly relevant in this case I do not know, but surely the idea in itself is not without merit.

Our appeal can't address any of the logic of the arguments, right? It's only an appeal on the actions of the investigators? (btw....)

SURELY addressing the open bias of the investigators calls the entire process into disrepute?

And nobody seems to be saying this, but these men need firing. It's unavoidable that those working in football in a football-mad nation will have their favourite teams but it's taken as a given that they firstly never reveal this and secondly act and think objectively in their jobs. If a referee who officiated a game and made several huge calls against us was caught saying such things they would be fired immediately without question or process.

Super League must be 1-2 szns away if the club is willing to sit there and take it.

Males sense how Citeh is coming under fire. The writing may be on the wall

Lets hope the City thing evolves.
If there is a chance it will only be out of displeasure.
