Someone is doing a good work at exposing those bitches. I hope it's Elkann or his people this time, staying silent and taking it up in the ass.
Based on stuff like that one can cause a proper shitstorm which could actually stop the execution. I still can't wrap my head around -15 for plusvalenza where no deal was proven to be fake/falsified and guess what: Juve created a system on their own, nobody else is guilty of inflating the prices, lol. These fuckers forgot it takes two to make a deal and even worse: there's no regulation for establishing a player's value in the first place.

Why haven't we initiated a law suit against figc for damages? Really after Salernitana fiasco it was obvious that they want to punish on the field or off field.

Plusvalenza is determined by exchanges. It is a balance sheet that is not worth looking into, it is by no means a false balance sheet."

if you guys believe that Elkann is behind it, just read this:

However, the first newspaper that sided in defense of Santoriello was La Stampa which, also through the words of the lawyer Chiappero - not just any lawyer, but the Juventus lawyer, we write it because we know that the journalistic followers of the Old Lady they care about certain clarifications – he immediately defended Santoriello's work. La Stampa, just to clarify, is owned by the Elkanns.

Other news comes out shortly, the most important of these clarifies that the elusive video was artfully cut within a speech in which Santoriello stated exactly the opposite of what he wanted to be believed, namely: despite his passion for the Azzurri, if Juventus proves innocent in a proceeding against them, they must be exonerated. And of course! In fact, as has already happened in the past: Santoriello is the same PM who, faced with a complaint for false accounting against Juventus, in 2016 dismissed the accusation.

But it isn't same for most judges in Coni as most of them support napoli, inter or roma.
Perhaps all we need is a proper shitstorm where they're not so confident and blatant in their actions. Looking at their hands by the pissed off public could shift the balance.
Make no mistake, it's not a proper juridical system and trial, it's more of a political battle where everyone flexes muscles and abuses one's powers. That's why we call it banana republic and what happens outside the courts is more important than in the courts itself. Once you go to a trial, you're as good as convicted.

Juventus is one of the biggest companies in Italy, not only a football club. They said to already have the reasons for each accusation, and to explain at the appropriate venues.
