Actually, the human body too produces nandralone Sunny.

And I remember one Dutch player based in Scotland that was lived on a farm while growing up saying that farmers there give nandralone to cows to aid their growth, so it's possible to get some amounts of it from food.
Isn't that cretine? (If I'm even spelling it right)

Oh. The thing is, the level of nandrelone the body produces naturally is a very small fraction of the limit. You'd have to take a supliment to fail the test.

This hair lotion thing sounds like b.s., especially after him saying it was a double course of antibiotics earlier.

Yes, but bodies of proffesional athletes function a bit differently, isnt it possible that they do produce more than the limit?

I decided not to go to another discussion here, cause I have enough discussions in real life, so I'm a bit :lazy: about next ones.

But it seems for me, that most of you is trying to explain/excuse positive results of doping test in some incridible strange ways: food, antibiotics, some mysterious ingredients of medicines etc.

I dont know: you all know so much about football, sports etc, and it seems that in the same time you know nothing about doping and how it works...

I think it's creatine.

That's the one I meant. Thanks Alex.

@GOAT: I don't know man, but I really doubt that only some of them produce more naturally, while others don't.

BTW, Zidane admitted that while at Juve, he and most of the squad used creatine. Don't worry though, they were using small, legal doses.

Yes most of the fans looks like wanting to close the eyes and imagine that ther's no doping in soccer... but unfortunately I think in soccer is like in almost all the other sports... the reportage I posted in the other page (and that was schowed by RAI tv in Italy) is impressive. Unfortuately most of you guys cannot understand it... but the point is that doping in soccer do exist... so many players and doctor already admitted it :groan:

Yes many players (I guess all) used it in Juve arounf 1998, but creatine isn't doping, the problems are others...

Frank de Boer tried that argument, but it doesn't fly.

It's a banned substance in France but it's not banned all over or anything.. think it's still legal in Italy

Yes it's legal here. And in countries like UK and USA everybody can even buy it at the supermarket without prescription. But yes, it increase the body mass...

Blasi suspended for failed drug test
Friday 17 October, 2003

Parma midfielder Manuele Blasi has now been officially suspended for failing a drug test.

The news of the result had come through on Wednesday, but the League has only ordered the precautionary suspension this evening.

Blasi’s sample after the September 14 Serie A match with Perugia was found to have traces of norandrosterone – a derivative of nandrolone.

He missed out on the UEFA Cup win over Metalurg Donetsk on Wednesday because of his state of mind, but not due to a ban.

This means he will be out of Sunday’s crucial trip to the Stadio Olimpico against joint third-placed Roma.

The suspension is temporary while the club and League await results of a counter-analysis on the sample.

Former Perugia midfielder Blasi, currently part-owned by Juventus, risks a ban of up to two years.

whats creatine in the first place ? whats the difference between creatine and steroids ? (i have not learnt stuff like chem or anything yet)
IIRC, I read somewhere that creatine raises the level od iron in the blood, and since iron distributes oxygen over the body, it enhances fitness, stamina, and players build up muscles faster.
