Juve have Bianchi option Monday 2 April, 2007

Reports in Italy suggest that Juventus have an option to buy Reggina striker Rolando Bianchi at the end of the season.
The Bianconeri are looking for a new striker to replace David Trezeguet, who seems set to leave Turin in June.
They have reportedly targeted Luca Toni (pictured) as their first choice, but the Viola hitman wants to play in the Champions League, meaning Inter and Bayern Munich are thought to be his preferred destinations.
If the plan to bring Toni to the Stadio Olimpico were to fail the Old Lady could finalise a deal with Bianchi, who has scored 15 Serie A goals this season.
The Amaranto bomber is one of the most promising young players on the market and Juve have allegedly already offered £5.7m to the southern club to start negotiations.
President Giovanni Cobolli Gigli has confirmed the club’s interest in Toni, while he also stated that the Bianconeri will do all they can to keep Gianluigi Buffon in Turin.
“We are obviously interested in Toni, but we will respect Fiorentina,” explained the Juve chief, who has already secured the signatures of Zdenek Grygera and Hasan Salihamidzic.
“I cannot interpret his thoughts as to the Champions League, but I believe that playing for Juventus is definitely an important professional objective.”
“As to Buffon, we feel he is a Juventino and we will discuss his contract. We are willing to do all that is needed to keep him here,” concluded Cobolli Gigli.
