Juve eye Reggina duo
Juventus are ready to offer £14m for Reggina stars Rolando Bianchi and Giandomenico Mesto, according to the latest reports in Italy.
The Bianconeri, who are just a few games away from promotion, are starting to plan for next season’s campaign and the 24-year-old striker could represent a great investment for the future.
Bianchi is having a season to remember with the Amaranto, having scored an impressive 17 goals in his 33 League appearances so far.
Juve feel the hitman could form an excellent partnership with captain Alessandro Del Piero, but could also adapt to play next to French ace David Trezeguet.
The Old Lady are also interested in another Reggina star, Giandomenico Mesto (pictured), who was close to signing for Milan during the January transfer window.
In the end the Rossoneri turned their attention to Massimo Oddo, but Juve could step in to snatch the 25-year-old away from Calabria as a replacement for Jonathan Zebina.
Reggina are unlikely to reject any substantial offers they receive, but are thought to be interested in signing youngsters Claudio Marchisio and Paolo De Ceglie on loan as part of the deal.
The southern outfit are still fighting for their Serie A survival, but if they manage to avoid the drop it is also rumoured they could clinch Uruguayan striker Marcelo Zalayeta as part-payment for their star duo.
