Actually, since i appreciate both the world of bodybuilding (pure aestetics) and powerlifting (pure strenght) i fully understand this topic is about the best looking abs, not the strongest ones.

I'm a powerlifter, we have the strongest abs, but because our fat% is to high, they arent visible.

Considering my deadlift and squat maxes, no one here has abs who's strenght is even close to mine.


I also have alot of respect for people who work out, and build muscular abs, because getting those, and having them very visibale, is the result of much dedication and efford. proper diet, proper training.

He's going for strength.

In other words, he's fat.

Now now, there is no reason to be rude !
