Yes they can. Shevchenko is probably the best goalscorer in world football, and he has scored goals in big matches on all fronts. His speed, skill on the ball, touch, and finshing ability is second to none IMO. Then we also have that little conundrum where Henry has gone missing in many make or break Champions League matches, from the Juventus home match in 2002 to the Chelsea matches in 2004 to the Bayern matches this past season. Shevchenko 99% of the time gets the job done, on all fronts, unlike Henry who only shows his true potential in EPL matches.
