i was watching this portlandia episode where they had a skit about a couple who started watching Battlestar Galactica and just couldnt stop, so decided to check it out. boy is this show addictive, it's a remake of the popular 70s show and i think it's much better. i just finished season I so please no spoilers :p

A friend of mine plays cello on the soundtrack. True story, bro.

He told me that he always knew when the season would get pretty intense, as he'd be asked to do music for an episode in development and the compositions got pretty brooding.
