The 2nd trailer (with Bohemian Rhapsody) already hinted at some forced Guardians of the Galaxy feel. I hoped it's a red herring but I guess it's actually what the critics are making them do.

Basically DC and Marvel will now make the same movies, just with different characters Justice League will be a big bromance between Batman and Superman like Cap and Iron Man. Yay!
Reading the news on some of the movie sites and the authors are so happy that they are adding humour and being more Marvel. What's the point in DC having really fleshed out villains if all they are going to do is make all of them joke around. If the rest of the DC movies are going Marvel, I might just stop watching comic book movies.

Yeah he is. The guy prolly wants to make tone and character study similar to his last movie Fury (Jon Berenthal was amazing in it). And now he is ordered to fluff it up with slapstick because Marvel who has done their movies with planning and certain purpose that's fit for their characters should be copied, just lol.

I don't believe that news. You only have to look at the pictures of the actors involved in Suicide squad on their instagrams to realize that they're not doing reshoots involving the actors therefore the reshoots aren't to increase the "funny"

I watched the movie yesterday, and, I'm not that into comics, I've read some, mostly Marvel, mostly Spiderman. But I REALLY liked the movie, I really hope this whole DCCU will keep on track and brings more films like they were intended to be and not just Marvel-like.

I may be the only one here who feels this way by the looks of the last pages and, tbh, the last Avengers movie was pretty shitty to me, and Civil War is not looking that great from the very little things that I've seen (I prefer to not watch trailers), I'm more excited by X-Men lol. So, if DC is willing to bring some new things that Marvel won't do, I'm good with it, and I hope they succeed because I did enjoyed this movie, unlike previous Superman movies. There are some odd or weird scenes, some characters like Lex could've been better IMO, but overall I don't think it deserves all the criticism that its getting, and I also think that there are some people that are hatting on it just because they wanna hate it.

Seen it again for the second time yesterday and it really improved my view of the film.

Being such a huge fan of the franchise I feel that I may of set my standards way to high and was expecting a masterpiece which I still don't think it is but its still a pretty good/enjoyable movie.

I left all the problems I had with my first viewing at the door and watched it with an open mind and it made all the difference.

The soundtrack also stood out better this time and I was more emotionally invested than I was at the first viewing.
