Yes, but besides just a 9, we need to field more players who can score. This lineup did well and given the circumstances was a good choice, but Pessina, Pellegrini, Locatelli, Frattesi, Tonali as a front 5 is too much control and balance, less scoring instinct.

Something like

Pellegrini - Scamacca - Chiesa
Verratti - Tonali - Barella
Spinazzola - Bastoni - Bonucci - Calabria​

Just having Chiesa back will enhance our goalscoring opportunities. If he doesn’t score he creates havoc for the opposition. Zaniolo is another one who has the potential to be someone who can score and create for Italy as well.
