Matri, really? A bench player from Juve -who's scoring record is inferior too- instead of a starter in Bologna who had a good season. I'm not saying Gilardino is the right choice, but I can understand.

The others were in Isreal, so you cannot blame Prandelli for that.

Giaccherini???

thing with Matri is his movement is far superior to Gilardino's. I mean if you want to start comparing who scored more then Rob Holt should have been capped by England a year ago at least and not someone like Andy Carroll

If next season goes well; Rossi, Insigne and Balotelli for the attack next year.
4-3-1-2 with Insigne as trequartista?

I would have preferred either Matri, Quagliarella, or Pazzini over him.

I would rather have Totti behind Balotelli than Montolivio or Aquilani. Di Natale will be called up next year. We have no issues in midfiled and attack, its this 4 man back line and I dont see any one from U21 who is even close to stepping up either.
Totti is a great link for the mids to the forwards. I think he will be back for the WC next year and make a big difference just like he was so huge in 2006.
If he's going to take an oldie I would take Totti over Gilardino everyday of the week and twice on sunday.....

Maybe Prandelli should just call up Paolo Rossi. I think his time has come again.
I would prefer Baggio, he's younger :lol::sergio:

Totti would be great for the next WC but he would have to miss half a season to stay fresh enough. He was in great form early but seemed to fade badly in the last part of the campaign.

So no De Rossi & now no Pirlo against Brazil. So who's left? Tampon. Still laughing at him being substituted early in the 1st half.

As much as I dislike that little fucker Rossi, he could be very useful for Italy in 2014, especially if he regains form. Rossi, Shawerma, and Balo is a formidable front line.
Insigne - Balotelli - Rossi
Marchisio - Pirlo - De Rossi
De Sciglio - Chiellini - Barzagli - Abate
Buffon

It's all about Insigne. :touched:

Italy need a better RB than Abate. Hopefully Donati moves to a good club and gets some solid game time, has potential to be very good.

Aquafag and Olivemount should never play for Italy again. Useless lumps of turd.
