I've always felt that this is really a place for the law to impliment an "eye for an eye" kind of law. Instead of lengthy jail sentances, castrate rapists. Preferably without anything for the pain. :fero:
If you took the law into your own hands, you could make the papers!

An Argentinean father who castrated the man who had tried to rape his handicapped son has received massive public support after giving himself in to the police.

Some 97% of respondents to a newspaper poll said they backed the actions of 49-year-old Miguel Angel Montiel.

Montiel used a knife to cut off the ***** and testicles of a homeless man who had allegedly interfered with his handicapped son.

The man had beaten up the boy and forced him onto wasteland near the Montiels' home in Conurbano, where he attempted to abuse him before the boy escaped.

Montiel had been searching for his son and found him injured in the street. After the boy told him what had happened, he went searching for his attacker who he found in the same place.

After castrating the man with a kitchen knife, Montiel later went to hand himself in at a police station accompanied by his family.

He has been charged with serious wounding, while the man he attacked has been charged with sexual abuse and attempted rape. He remains in hospital under police guard.

Newspaper Pagina12 reports that Montiel may escape prison on the grounds that he was suffering a "violent emotion" at the time of the attack.

well, just thought I'd add that since the brother found the body of the girl I told you about, he's having therapy and he's sort of crazy now.

What a pity. They showed the toilet in TV, my God it was disgusting

The malaysian people now are calling for harsher penalties, but I don't know, its all just so sickening. SICK SICK SICK!

No excuse. If a girl in a short dress is sufficient to overcome rational thought, I'd never get off the campus.

To those people who say it would be much worse if a guy were raped this question:

How is it worse when in both cases, it is an utterly violent attack on and intrusion in the body?

They're/we're not saying that it's morally or legally worst, just more traumatic for a man to be raped, as people don't treat them as victims as much. Damn, that's not well-explained. Sorry. :(

lol sorry. liliannas post just got me by surprise. completely.

shariah law: laws used in some islamic countries based on their religious beliefs. they are a lot more strict than the laws used in western countries. they involve amputation of body parts, death etc.

imho if used effectively it can reduce crime considerably.

I agree. I've only heard about the amputation of hands for thieves, and of the head for murderers. Is there more to it?

montiel shouldnt have done that. that should have happened to a real rapistin certain cases people really deserve shariah law.....
You disagree with Montiel but think the rapist deserved it? Am I getting this right?

well what i meant was(sorry for my ambiguous word. im light headed), that the attempted rapist was homeless. so i kinda felt sorry for him. he probably had some severe mental illness.

but other rapists for whom mental illnesses cant be proven- they need to have their dingalings lopped off. one or two loppings should scare them off.

Reasonable. Of course, you don't know that for sure about the homeless man. And try reasoning with someone whose son has just been abused. :)

well if a guy gets raped by a girl it's kinda weird .... and hardly possible but if he feels like he got raped i'd feel sorry for him

BUT Gray, when you said " guy gets raped " i automatically assumed " by anonther guy" and that is VERY far from funny ... and it happens more than we think it does !

and i can't even talk about children getting molested because it makes me wanna cry

lili: so buffon is your boyfriend?

to the others: a guy cant get raped by a woman because a man whos in a state of fear/panic or whatever cannot get aroused and hence penetration will not be possible. unless she's gets in through the back door, which cant be classified as a rape im guessing.(unless she is a shemale)

damn.
