I've always felt that this is really a place for the law to impliment an "eye for an eye" kind of law. Instead of lengthy jail sentances, castrate rapists. Preferably without anything for the pain. :fero:

An Argentinean father who castrated the man who had tried to rape his handicapped son has received massive public support after giving himself in to the police.
Some 97% of respondents to a newspaper poll said they backed the actions of 49-year-old Miguel Angel Montiel.
Montiel used a knife to cut off the ***** and testicles of a homeless man who had allegedly interfered with his handicapped son.
The man had beaten up the boy and forced him onto wasteland near the Montiels' home in Conurbano, where he attempted to abuse him before the boy escaped.
Montiel had been searching for his son and found him injured in the street. After the boy told him what had happened, he went searching for his attacker who he found in the same place.
After castrating the man with a kitchen knife, Montiel later went to hand himself in at a police station accompanied by his family.
He has been charged with serious wounding, while the man he attacked has been charged with sexual abuse and attempted rape. He remains in hospital under police guard.
Newspaper Pagina12 reports that Montiel may escape prison on the grounds that he was suffering a "violent emotion" at the time of the attack.
