i would try pogba as AM too, at least a few games, to see how it works.
but imo it is clearly by now that Max doesn't think of pogba as AM.
we would have already seen it.

for a 4312 - still Max's favorite, we need a #10 like isco.
i agree Xhaka can play as holding mid and #10, but he isnt even
close as good as isco there. Xhaka simply isnt what we need right now.
we need an AM and a proper Marchisio backup and somehow i doubt
Xhaka would like to sit in the bench. we need someone who does its job
without complaining alot - i still hope it can be lemina.

If its true that James Rodriguez wants out of Real Madrid and they don't feel like keeping him either we must be there with all the bucks we've got.

I know we would have 3 attacking players with an amazing left in Rodríguez, Dybala and Berardi, I just don't care. It is only expected for Madrid to go into a limbo now and then, but if they want to sell Rodriguez we should prepare 60M immediately.

That is definitely NOT gonna happen. Bale might, James is much more of a playmaker than a tap-ins specialist. Chances that they would sell him are slim, but Madrid have done a lot of crazier shit in their recent history so...

Great player and as you said he fits into Allegri scheme. He falls into the same category as Dybala and Alex Sandro. Young with WC potentiel but the hype is still not that big around him. Monaco seems willing to sell their young stars for the wright amount so we should get him this winter and we would have a complete squad. The price is probably around 40 mio and I think he is worth it.

Bernardo isn't a guaranteed starter for them, so I doubt his price is as high as 40m. Not someone who's playing game in, game out like Dybala and Martial who were slightly more established (Martial towards the end of the season). 30m is prolly the absolute max.

I don't mean role, but the marquee star to build around. Much more likely they will do that for him then Bale, who doesn't score more then James despite being a more direct attacker then James more playmaker approach.


Imo Bale is more likely to leave for sure in coming years. Especially if Perez is ousted if they fail their goals keep embarrassing themselves.
