what are looking for really, a creative AM? i doubt, Pogba has that role now, he wears number 10 and If we needed more, we would have kept Coman.
Someone who can defend and solidify the defence? We got Khedira and Asamoah back.
Smth among them? Like Lemina, Marchisio, Sturaro and Maronne?
We are looking for antiPirlo, but is this role compatible with our current squad? We didnt use Hernanes all that much, so who would, Oscar/mkhteriyan/gotze/gundogan replace?

They would replace the third CB. Its a no brainer, Allegri constantly said he wants a TQ all summer, and he said it when he was appointed year and half ago...and oh what do you know he also said after our latest game. "We are missing a TQ". Exactly what he said.

Allegri wants someone to play between the lines and link up play, as well as being a threat from distance. However as Pogba likes to go up a lot, this player also needs to be able to drift wide at times and put in crosses or through balls to the byline which Licht or Sandro will pick up.

So, basically there's not a lot of players out there who fit this description and are proven players at the top level. They say Oscar has a lot of grinta, but haven't watched him much. Isco would be ideal I think, if only Madrid would let him go.

Wasn't Kroos struggling with injuries this year or was having some fitness issues? All we need is another injury prone midfielder. Just get Oscar for the AM in the summer. He'd be perfect for Allegri's setup. Beppe give the man what he wants.

Perfect? he's hardly an AM these days. He's more about running than being creative. Maybe Mourinho effect but he seems slow and soft. The definition of perfection for Allegri would be Isco IMO.

In the end we'll get neither so there's no argument, but theoretically speaking.

Overall I like and rate Oscar, he could get back to what he was a couple of years ago but he won't be allowed/won't want to leave and if so the price still could be too high.

That's why I think he'd be perfect for Allegri and he's tactically sound. Max has always fancied those types of attacking mids and Oscar can play #8 as well. At first glance he might seem as rather inconspicuous player, but the type that is able to resolve the game with a moment of ingenuity, clever run, pass...

Yeah, pipe dream of getting him, but who knows. Maybe Chelsea will be looking for an overhaul next summer and some of those players will be asked to find a new club. Oscar would be far better off in Italy imho.

Clearly not the main formation, but right now we do not have the tactical flexibility to play anything with attacking wingers. If SES was cheap, it's a no-brainer for me. You can have good bench players - he clearly would be a good super-sub. Plus Allegri knows him well.
Dude, how can someone who is always injured be a super sub?

We will always play with an actual CF.

Mandzukic, Morata, Zaza.

What you posted is a billion chances and no goals cause they all cover dybala as the others cant score if their live depends on it.

Barcelona proves that a false9 without profilic inside forwards, is too easely stopped.

They swapped to neymar suarez and they became unstoppable.
