Last season we won this fixture 2-0 with goals from Del Piero and Trezeguet, I remember we won this match very hardly with Atalanta pressing hard from the start of the match and we didn't look organized at all. But Del Piero scored an early goal through a counter attack, and then Trezeguet sealed-off the win with another goal in the second half I think. Let's hope a repeat of the scoreline this season too
After four victories in a row, against Perugia, Reggina, Chievo and Piacenza Juventus wil try to continue in its winning streak. On Sunday afternoon (kick off at 15), at the stadium Atleti Azzurri d’Italia in Bergamo, the Bianconeri will face Atalanta, one of the “hot” teams at the moment that beat Roma and Modena in the last two matches.
In the meantime, Alessio Tacchinardi is expected to take his role in the center of midfield for Juventus. After a stop for a physical problem he is ready to come back stronger than ever: "It was a great first round where we played a lot. There was a problem against Lazio but now everything is ok. I’m well and ready to give my help”.
