I tried it for one night but it was too much effort to try every night.
You can try a certain method that's roaming around the internet for a while thanks to a certain member.

Take a nap for 1-2 hours. Wake up, yes, you will be feeling like shit but that means you can go to bed easier again so its good. Stay awake for 30 minutes to 2 hours, whichever you want, and then go back to bed, while imagining in your mind, a sound, maybe replaying a song in your head, or just repeat your name in a steady beat, it doesn't matter.

By 10 minutes, if you haven't felt anything, then that means you got the nap wrong or your sleeping schedule isn't primed for it yet.

Now, once you feel like you can't move (sleep paralysis), and you feel like a switch has just occured (can't really explain it but you'll know) vibrations will occur (you can't miss it), once that's completed, just think that there is a rope in front of you and that you are pulling it. Actually, don't even think, just do it, the rope is there (which it really isn't, you just need a leverage to start moving in the astral plane), and you are pulling. Once you've done that, you will be floating, and don't be surprised that you're out looking at yourself sleeping.

Get out, go fly, go visit someone, go upstairs, doors will be unlocked, furniture might have changed, perhaps an entity will come visit you, ask for your guide if you're into that stuff, but control it, otherwise you will be back to the dreamworld. It's all about control, controlling the conscious. If you feel like you're losing it, rub your hands and blow on them in the astral and keep moving, otherwise you're back to dreamworld.

    I searched, but I guess we didn't.

Anyway, you have to really believe in this stuff for it work?
Nope. We all project in our sleep but the mind is already switched off for it. Unless you want to induce it with method(s) which I posted above.

Ahyauasca is a form DMT and it comes in different forms. Why I said acid and mushrooms? Because you need to be trained to psychedelic before taking a jump into DMT substances.
Is Ahyauasca the same form of DMT as Yopo extract? DMT is crazy but really is not that fun of an experience. Perhaps if you can achieve "astral projection" through using that then you can probably recreate a similar shorter experience with something cheaper and legal like good Salvia leaves.

Apparently, it's you leaving your body, literally. While you sleep and you dream, your "soul" can be projected out of your body in a way that you can actually see your body sleep and you can move around and travel to wherever (well, I don't know the limits).

It's nuts, but I like this kind of shit and will try it anyway.

I believe in it 100% but I'm scared to try it myself :D

After your mind is out of your body where do you go? Is it the same time/date in the "projection" as it is in reality?

Fear is my main factor too but it's normal. Fear of the unknown.

There is no time in your consciousness and you're free to go anywhere you please

    Somewhat yes

The technique I posted above to Third World Wonder

There is one thing that troubles me about this whole thing. Let's say that you actually see your body below you. Isn't it possible that you are just imagining it? That you didn't actually leave your body, but that the whole thing was a product of your own physical brain?
