Why is it that players are allowed to continue to play in a game after being knocked out?
Standard practice, I believe, is that after a player has been knocked unconscious, he won't be allowed to play or train for a few days as a precaution, yet, when it happens mid-game, there is nothing to prevent him carrying on.
