Vidal escapes Bayern's hotel after Juventus draw
German newspaper BILD has once again come out against Arturo Vidal. Despite the fact their previous story on the Chilean’s night time escapades during Bayern’s winter break in Qatar were officially dismissed by the Bundesliga leaders, they’ve published another story suggesting Vidal was out late in Turin this week.
According to BILD, he left the team’s hotel - the Principi di Piemote - at around 2.25h in the morning after his side had drawn with Juventus in the Champions League on Tuesday night. They even describe what clothes he was wearing: training pants, white shoes and a black sweatshirt with a hood.
The newspaper insinuates that Vidal wore the hood up so as not to be recognised as he passed hotel security guards to grab a taxi - the destination of his journey remains unknown, though. Supposedly sneaking out of his team hotel may not go down well after Bayern allowed a two-goal lead to slip in Italy in the Champions League this week.
