You just cant measure the size of the club by just looking at their title count though.

When looking at the size of the club you have to look at other aspects too especially fan support in their respective countries.Juventus is massive in Italy.Juventus had a massive international fanbase too until recently where Bayern have picked up.

Bayern are a bigger club right now because mainly their finances trumps ours and for the matter of the fact that they have won 5 CL titles now.

Historically they've both been even.Juventus have had a longer winning history than them infact.

thats why i said you cant pick eras, itd be like me saying prior to SAF nottingham forest were bigger than man u so they are kinda on equal footing now, we take the whole and the whole says bayern is the bigger club.

sorry but thats just silly, you cant pick and choose eras, bayern won more historically and is better now, so i dont know why we are arguing this
We are one of the few european clubs that has won everything. We have been a record breaking champion in one of the strongest domestic competitions. Statistics shows that Serie A on average was far stronger than the Bundesliga. You are picking a brief moment in history where Bayern has a lot of money. Give them a german calciopoli and the Bundesliga will be behind austrian league.

If we had the same amount of money we would be the preferable place for most of the star players. You are like a catholic priest making flagellation on himself with the argument that overall Bayern is the better team. I'll never accept that and it's a huge disrespect for Juventus and all that this team has achieved through the years.

I'm not picking era's but before Calciopoli they both were equally big.Juventus was much bigger internationally infact.Thats true.
Domestically they've both been the the dominant clubs in their respective countries. Not to mention Juventus domestic support is absolutely staggering.

Oh and the era argument can easily apply to Bayern too. They won 3 CL titles in a row in the 70s and won one more after like 25 yrs if you are using European trophy count as a yardstick.

And the UEFA Cup was pretty competitive back in the day too.It wasnt exactly a second tier competition because you had strong 2nd-3rd place teams from various leagues.

Ajax? Come on, dude.
When we beat Ajax in 1996 they were the stronger team on paper and to be fair they were stronger in reality. They had many great years and they are a huge part of european football history. If they continue to fall down like this they'll loose their place as a legendary team, but their name still has class. I respect them a lot, because I respect football (not calling it soccer) and I watch football from a long time ago.

you cannot just pick 3 teams for world class 1st stage teams (real bayern and barcelona) barcelona was absolutely shit before 05. so it's basically real and bayern, then milan, juve, utd and barca? ...

This tbh.

But lately it seems every football player or staff from south america seems exceptionally retarded, so could we really expect anything else

There's things you can't do. You can't leave Juventus, four time consecutive champions of Italy and CL runners up, and say you've finally joined a big club. That is not okay.

I'm not bitter and I understand that players sometimes make silly comments, but this one can't be forgiven really. The man finally joined a big club.. Really. That's about as stupid as it gets.

I bet this is why Moggi wasnt buying many South Americans.

As soon as they find some success, they immediately jump ship onto bigger things.

basically your era argument supports my point :D anyhoos bayern just like us will get fucked hard by the EPL boys, gap is only getting wider from here on out
I'm not sure UEFA will allow the EPL to become too big as long as Platini is in charge.
